not sure who this is - my guess is it's a political call. Caller ID reads "HARLAND CLARKE" - they have called every day since 1/2/14 - been blocked on our end since the first call. If they don't leave a message, they get blocked, lol

Caller ID says Harland Clarke.  I don't know who that is.  I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.

Called no caller ID left no message so I blocked the numbert

I received a call but was not here. Answering machine picked up, no message so I have blocked the number. Some checking shows a web site <http://www.harlandclarke.com> for a company from San Antonio, TX

Same issue as all other posts re: 210-697-1365...need to get product to block calls.

Harland Clarke is a research firm that surveys for banks.  I answered today and they were taking a survey for Capital One 360 Bank.

Harland Clarke is also the parent company of "Checks in the Mail", a discount check printer that advertises in the Sunday circulars.

I receive a call from this number 210-697-1365 it said Harland Clarke on the caller ID which is the name of a check printing company, when I answered it they said they were Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare and they wanted my health information which I did not give them. I'm blocking the number.

The caller id said harlan clark .i picked up the phone and they said they were from emblem health ,I have a medicare policy with them .She wanted a short survey I said no and hung up and blacklisted the #....

received call today, no message.

Wish these low lifes would get a real job! Wearing my police whistle out! Maybe they could get a job selling hearing aids! LOL

NEVER give out your name, address, social security number, bank or credit card numbers to strangers who call you on the phone.
