Caller left a recorded message that we are being sued by the IRS and we need to call the number to get information.
After calling the IRS I was informed the IRS does not leave recorded messages.
They will send a letter to let you know you are being audited or being taken to court.
This call came from Texas.
So do what I did, Block the caller.

Got a call saying we were being sued by the IRS. I could tell it was bogus. Here is the exact message.

"The reason of this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 210-714-7771. I repeat 210-714-7771. Thank you."

Said I'm being sued by internal revenue.  Calls all of the time.  I want to block the call!!!

we don't pick up unknown callers......but we have gotten calls 3 times today and they say a law suit has been filed against us on our answering machine.    I don't know the caller company name.  I don't hear well,  and a lot of the messages are not clear enough for me to hear everything.

I received 2 calls from this number today while I was at work.  Exact same robocall message was left.  However, my voicemail picked up only the last part of the message after "file."  I'm sure the first part is what you posted.  Thank you.
