Caller calls at 9:37 pm and says she is calling from Scarborough Research and they are doing a short survey about radio listening, TV viewing, and internet preferences.  She says that you can call their 1-800-753-6043 number to verify the survey or go to surveyhelp123.com I didn't answer or do either suggestion.  I had been told by a friend that day about the scam and the caller wants to know all kinds of personal information about you.  The caller ID said that the call was from Scarborough Res.  Whatever happened to calling before 9 pm?  Other callers in the last month have also been calling as late as 10 pm.  I do not answer if I don't know who is calling.  You just get into trouble when you do.  

Late call at almost 10pm and I didn't pick up. I know If I see a phone number I don't recognize I figure they may be a telemarketer.

This place called me at 9:05 & 9:38 pm last night.  I got to bed at 8:30 since I get up so early & did NOT appreciate it.  Reporting these Jerks and never pick up a number I do know.   Registered with Do Not Call List on top of it.   #s 210-736-3000 & 941-379-1954..... they need to verify area code time frames before attempting to call anyone.  For their information, a survey is a form of solicitation.

they keep calling and will not stop.    they left one message about a survey then continue to call every night, not leaving a message.

Unless they lead to a sales pitch or the survey is to qualify you as a sales prospect for a third party, survey callers are not required to use the DNC list before calling. They are required to maintain an internal DNC list and place numbers on it when requested.
