It's from a cellphone: Say their a agenty to help to reduce your debt.....sounds like a bunch of crooks to me.

Funny cuz I called it back but the guy says he didnt call me and his phone was in his pocket??? He appologized BUUUUTTTT I find it VERY odd that his number came upon my caller ID as V11011555280 and I hit redial and the 210-764-4118 began to dial. Think I might have scared the guy off because I was less then friendly.

This person calls all the time doesn't talk and when they do it's never consistent.  Unwanted phone calls reported!  Can we say FTC Violations since I don't know anyone in Texas.   Obvious Solicitation.  Reported this clown.  I think they are using me kind of VoIP phone device.  Says it's from Texas.

I'm also consistently getting calls from this number- around noon/1. No message left. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize- it's nice to see other people are having the same issue with this number.

They keep calling my number no message and I'm never here when they call. Very annoying to learn that it is some agency " for debt relief" - is this actually a cold call? Then if so - isn't it against the law if my number was signed up for the do not call registry?

Get calls.  No message. Cell phone with DO NOT CALL.  Had to block it.
