Received a call stating I had an outstanding Loan that was deposited to my account which is untrue. Stating I must pay with 48 hours.

I got one today from this number and they said i had a hour to pay it or charges were being brought up against me for fraud.

Received a call sating that I owed money for a Cash Advance Loan.  Stating I must pay are charges were bring brought against me for fraud.

I got a call stating I owe money to a cash advance place this is fraud!!!! I paid it like a dummy then got very suspicious and contacted that cash advance company to confirm that money was owed. They confirmed it was fraud! I was able to have it reversed by my bank I never gave them any personal information like social or anything but they had my last work name, my full name and dates of the time I had applied for a loan. DO NOT pay them! The one that called me said his name was attorney Price. Total BS!! Glad I got my money back never again.... They also call from (210) 774-6164

Got a phone call  from 210-774-4134 about charges being brought against me for a payday loan. The refused to give me information regarding this, haven't heard back. Another fraud.

Being harassed by a company that identifies themselves as API.  Like all the others that have reported, the same scam was laid out for mr (pay day loan, criminal charges pending, need to pay up today...).

I received a call saying I owed $1000 but they would settle out of court for $750 when I said I didn't have that either they said they would take $250 or else I would be charge with check fraud and a felony,, she first called from a Middletown ohio number and had my email first and last name as well as my old bank,, she was unable to provide the amount of the loan I was supposed to have received only that it was between $500-$700 but with the court cost and fees it was over $1000 and a felony, I spoke with 3 attorneys and a police officer who all said DO NOT give out any information and they absolutely can not turn in a unpaid payday loan for under $1000 into a felony or check fraud.   I was also advised to contact the police and file a police report if I continue to receive calls from these people.

Yesturday morning I got phone call from the same the thing... so to who, where and how do I get started.

Got a call from +1 (210) 774-4134 person name was Olivia she said I owe $1700 and they will settled for $800, she had my old bank name but sounded very unprofessional and sounded like a scam google tha number and here I am lol don't fall for these calls

That [***] Olivia from the number 2107744134 scammed me for money also!!
