Harrassing saying I will get court papers and jail time

Ron Patterson Legal Delivery Services about legal paperwork through Tarrant County time sensitive and needed to be handled with signature and a valid ID and social security number.

I received a call and was left a threatening message by them.  I believe this is spam.

He left no name but threatened  jail time papers being sent to local courts and I failed to sign for paperwork?made several attempts  to contact me?

Number belongs to illegal collections scammer, so if you really want some fun, just call him back repeatedly, the little worm will start crying and beg you to please stop calling his number, it's hilarious.

Yesterday, around noon, I received a call from a call from someone identifying themselves as a Mr. Ron Patterson with "Legal Delivery Services", asked for me by name, and then said he was calling about another person, saying they owed money to his client and had been trying to serve papers on them and something settling a debt or having them or someone arrested. Typical debt collection scam, wouldn't say who the creditor is, had to settle immediately or an arrest would be made etc.
