Alvin Wong - 5 Jun 2007This is AT&T that has been calling me. They've called 4 times in the past 3 days and I am looking for an outlet to complain but have not found one yet. They have been trying to get me to switch from my current phone service back to AT&T home phone service and have been very rude and obviously harassing.

NEVERAGAIN ATT - 9 Jun 2007I have tried AT&T's service before and recently - as in the past, they have the worst service imaginable. They have the big AT&T name and that is all - all their service people are ignorant and incompetent - their phone support people are all very rude and arrogant - I know from reliable sources that they lose over 50% of their new customers within 3 months because of pathetic performance and service. And worst of all, they don't care about their customers. If you ever dispute one of their bills, good luck - their motto should be "The customer is ALWAYS wrong".

Fed-up - 21 Jun 2007Get calls everyday starting at 8am until 9pm. When I do answer no one says anything. I've called the number back and a recording comes on wanting to know what state your calling from and to leave a mess for the reason of your call. i called AT&t and ask them to stop the calls from this number and they said they wasn't aware of the numbr nver heard of it.

Fed-up - 21 Jun 2007I called the 1-210-841-6800# back and left a mess that I was on the National Donot Call List. I also told them that if I contiue to recieve calls from this # I would report them. 4:54p I got a call from that same # only to speak to a Rep name Rick. I told him what was happening and ask if I could be removed from their list. He told me that my number was dial by a computer and sometimes the computer gets stuck to where it want say anything. I ask for another number to where i could talk to someone and he gave me 1-877-342-9991. I called the # to speak to a CSR whom told me I would have to speak to someone on the business side to stop the calls. I called but they were closed for the day.

Liberty - 18 Jul 2007We also go a call from the 210 841 6800 wanting us to switch to at&t we told him we alread had Call vantage with AT & T and he did not have a record of it and didnt not know that AT&T had a Voip line. That is because your not a AT & T rep we told him and hung up the phone.

Called AT&T Customer service at 1-888320-1552 and spoke to Deserea of customer service who was not helpful as she would only help me if I was an existing customer...well, she just guaranteed I won't be.
Upon speaking to her supervisor, Karen, I received a residential service number for the Austin area 1-800-288-2020. Was told that this is probably originating from a computer dialer and that it would most likely be taken care of by them registering my number as a "do not call" number. Was told that it could take up to 30 days before the calls stop. Was also told that if I had been an ATT customer within the past year (which I had) the chances were much less that this would resolve the problem...:-( I've got my fingers crossed and I am praying..

JPS - 3 Aug 2007Answered the call and sounds like there is background noise, but no one responds. I hung up. We have AT&T not by choice, but by them taking over another company. They suck!

This caller left a message. ATT is introducing the U-verse product and is offering it to customers. Although we put our number on the "no-call" list, ATT keeps calling. We have ATT as our ISP and phone service. Don't know how to stop the calls. WE get them a lot!!!!

We have gotten several calls from this number. When I called customer service, I was quite frustrated. I was told that it would take 30days off to get my name off the "list" even though I am on the natioinal no call list. I complained and was told to complain to the no call list people. The person I spoke to was rude and mean. When they put me on hold they forgot to mute it and I heard everything they said, which wasn't nice. I simply called the number back and left a message saying that if I received another call from the number then I would be canceling my service. I also placed a call with the better business beureau as I suggest you all do

Lynn - 30 Aug 2007210-841-6800 is AT&T Customer Service. They call randomly trying to sell advanced services on your AT&T lines. I don't think there is anyway to stop them if you have phone service through them.

Elks - 1 Sep 2007Got another call from this number today, Saturday - Sept. 1, @ 10:54am. I get calls from this number on my caller ID often. At least twice a week, if not more. Very annoying. I don't answer the call, I wait for message on machine which never comes.
