they are calling and saying they are pre-trial intervention asking for me or my attorney to call or get sued, they are leaving this number for call back

They said I or my lawyer had to call because I had 2 felony warrants and subject to spend 120 days I'm jail. And also 1,350 would take care of the warrant.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

Says that there is a warrant out for my arrest

They are saying I owe a payday loan they have me information I don't think I owe anyone I google there # it seems like a scam lol

They call and I had my attorney call they said I had two felony warrants for pay day loans. They have all my info too !!

They call once or twice a day from 2108532440 same robo message every day its a scammer. But also getting VERY ANNOYING!!!! THEY WANT UR MONEY DONT DO IT!!!!!

"This is Richard Crawford of with [I could not understand] Intervention. We have a pending case in our office that needs your immediate attention. I need to speak with you or your attorney of record immediately today. My number is 210-853-2440. If I do not hear from you or your attorney I will document that you have waived your right to council and submit your case. Govern yourself accordingly."

The caller ID shows San Antonio, Texas. I live on the east coast. This seems too fishy and I will not be calling immediately or at all.

I have been a victom of identity theft and it has been reported to all agencies these people should do their homework before calling people
