- Lynne| 1 replyI got the call and answered, she told me she was calling from Financial Solutions regarding our current credit card...too bad for her we don't have any credit cards so I immediately told her No you're not since we don't have any who are you and she hung up on me.
- Caller: Financial Solutions
- GregThis number called my cell phone (so no caller ID) but did not leave a message.
- EdRecieved a call from this number, phone rang for about five minutes, the caller didn't speak, I then disconnected the call.
- Call type: Prank
- MakCalls every day around 2 P.M., No message, When I answer, there is no one there.
- JosieThey will tell you they are calling about your credit cards, and you have to tell them that they are mistaken and that you have no credit cards, and then they will ask you if you have store cards, and you have to say no you do not have even store cards and then they will hang up. If you do this every time they call eventually these knuckleheads will take you off their call list.
- LCC| 1 replyThey said they were calling on behalf of my credit card company but addressed me with the wrong name. Sounds like some kind of identity theft scam.

- NBCGot a call from this number and called it back- there was a message about financial solutions and if I wanted to make a payment to press a number. I hung up. I have received similar calls on my voicemail on my cell phone. I was told to call the number back in reference to a file they had received. I was very suspicious since when I called the number, the playback message again said that it was a financial solutions company and not this John Taylor person that all the messages kept saying I needed to call back as soon as possible. When I asked what this was about, I was irritated and said I had got a message from John Taylor's office about a file...the woman then asked for my number, I reluctantly gave it to her and she acted like she was looking up something on the computer. Then, she said okay I found it, is your name Melody Wilson? I said no very suspicously and we both hung up.
- Caller: Offices of John Taylor
- NBC replies to LCCI agree. I have received these kinds of calls off and on for several years and it seems that the people are trying very craftily to find out personal names and information to steal identities or something like that. I was asked if my name was Melody Wilson, I have been asked if my name is Nancy, or Michelle and other N or M names. It seems to be that they are trying to make connections with personal info, phone numbers and asking for a fake name is in efforts to get your real personal information.

- MCI keep getting calls (like 5-6 a day) with no message? I have no idea who it is but they just keep on calling.
- John A.Simple solution: I just started getting calls from this number and since it is not an 800 or 888 number, I just put them on my "Call Blocking" so they can no longer call me from 210-892-1136, If you do not have Call Blocking, then go to Radio Shack and purchase [for about 5 or 6 bucks] a small box you plug into your phone line and then slide a button to record; call a number that has a recording that says "this number is no longer is in service" after you push the record button and then when these jerks call, just press the large grey button on the box and it will play whatever you recorded, which in this case, will be that your phone service is disconnected. They should stop calling, but you can also google them and report them to your local state regulatory commission, which is what I did with AT&T. The next day someone from the regulatory commission in my state called stating that, within 30 days, AT&T will no longer call me to offer me extra services NOR will I receive any marketing mail from them. I use AT&T for my phone service and the state regulatory commission call worked fast and great. Hope this helps all of you!!

- kayI'm sure this must be a scam. I have answered - several times and have asked to be taken off the list. They continue to call. I have told them that I am on the no call list and will report if they call again. They don't care and will continue to call...because I don't believe it is a legit company. If they are a legit company - they have no integrity. I told the person who called today - AGAIN - to remove me from the list. He started shouting and when I persisted in having my name removed told me I was so "mature" and hung up on me. Watch out for these people! WOW!

- CoolbreezeThanks for all those who replied to this. It was good to get this info; I have been receiving the calls repeatedly and never answered. This time I did, no response. But I'm glad for the heads up from others and will take the advice about blocking this call.
Thanks and best wishes to you all.- Caller: Amer Investments 210 area code
