this # shows up as UNKNOWN  and has been showing up on caller ID 18 time in one week, even on a Sunday and also after 8:00 PM  Central time during the week.

three times in one week so far and its only monday.

Called twice today, didn't leave a message...why?

I have recieved 5 to 6 calls a day from this number sometimes with in minutes of others.....

Calls 5 times a day while I'm at work, please do something to stop it.

After recieving quite a few one ring hang up calls for a couple of weeks I simply called them, and they nicely took care of the number. You may have to be patient for them to look up the number, but it is worth it, and remember to keep your furstration to a minimum... ther person who answers is not the person calling and hanging up. :)

Just got a call from this number. They are from "Credit One Bank" She asked if I had any business with Credit One Bank and when I said no, she said she would put my number on their 'Do Not Call' List and that I would't receive calls anymore

man called who was hard to understand,  wanted my social security number but would not say who he was or why he wanted it,

Thanks for sharing.  This is encouraging since I made the mistake of calling them from a friend's house and they have called that number after picking it up from caller ID.  My friend is beyond frustrated and we both have asked them to make sure the calls come to my number not my friend's.  Hopefully this is fixed and your note is encouraging.  Yes, they were willing to help.   Thanks again.

I keep receiving calls everyday from early morning to late at night. I have no business with Credit One nor do I have any bills that are overdue with anyone. This is so annoying that I made a complaint to DO NOT CALL Registry as I am signed up to stop unnecessary phone calls.

7 to 8 calls a day! Never leaves a message.

Have been receiving calls from this number on cell phone 5-10 times a day. I have answered the phone and told them to stop calling this number but they do not give up. Sounds like a foreign voice. As I was writing this, I got 2 more calls from them, I picked up and asked them to stop calling me.

This number keeps calling me and does not leave messages. Generally,  If I pick up -- I do not hear anything.  This last call - I waited so that I could ask to removed from this list.  The person who finally came on was difficult to understand - and asked questions re social, accounts held, etc.  I tried explaining that this is information one should never divulge to a stranger - but the language barrier was too difficult to overcome.  It's my hope that they understood enough to remove me from what ever list they have me on as I would Never buy/sign up for what they say they are offering!

We get about 15 calls from this number each day. Starting at 8am untill 9pm. I  have read  all the post on this site, I've never heard of CREDIT ONE BANK and from what I can tell the caller is fishing for personal information. The caller is running a SCAM! everyone needs to remember, NEVER give out your SSN or any other personal information.

I get a call from this number every Saturday and Sunday 3 or 4 times each. sometimes on week days. They say they are Credit One Bank. They know how Much I owe Credit One and want me to make a payment with them over the phone and not on-line or by mail. I don't trust them, mainly because I can only understand about half of want the say. Their English is not very good. I won't make a payment with them over the phone. For all I know, it could be a scam run out of some basement over seas.

I have a friend who has a phone that can disguise it's caller ID as any number he wants.... kinda makes me think. If one were so inclined, you could scam a lot of people with technology like that.

Stop calling

Yep its credit one bank.  I just add them to my block list since i have a black berry and it's a free tool.  bye bye creditor!  pay ya when i can. :)

They start calling a little after 8:00am 4xs in an hour. Sunday's too.I don't answer, I google #s  I don't do business on the phone, no way in knowing who you are talking too, Unless I call the # on back of Card. They don't leave a message
