Wanted confirmation when I could recieve legal documents, lost call, called back no answer, these calls begin with that, then you will recieve a letter in the mail, naming you in a chump law suit, and to notify the given number in letter, who ever answer will pose as a officer or civil clerk, and explain to be taken off law suit, call collection agency, if see this number or another number call, and its like that, who ever intiates the first call, ask name of firm, second complaintant on summons, by law the company that servers you summons, must answer, if they say they cant reveal or say, its a trick

I just received this number calling me to call another number which doesn't except calls.  talks about attorneys and stuff and getting a letter and need two ID's.  just plain weird !!!!!

Received a call stating legal documents would br delivered too my home tomorrow morning.  I don't know who these people are, always calling calls show up on caller ID and never leave message when we are not home.

I also received a call from this phone number:  212-200-5056 today.  I called it back after I received a strange message to call this phone number 844-712-2131 to call back.  I missed the call and a woman who calls herself Amy Hernandez, she is from the Private Services Division of CLS.  She is calling regarding a formal complaint that requires my immediate attention.  All documents are scheduled to be delivered to my residence or place of employment (I am a homemaker :)) They will only make 2 attempts to deliver the documents.  Please have 2 forms of valid identification to ensure proper delivery of the documentation.  If you or your attorney have any questions regarding the matter you can contact our claims directly at 844-712-2131.

When I called the 844 phone number back I received a msg stating that this line could not accept phone calls.  I called the 212 phone back and I received a recording that said it also couldn't take calls.  I tried it back again to determine what the exact recording said and now it doesn't even ring.

I have received multiple missed calls from this 212 phone number, this is the first that I am receiving a voicemail.

same as the others above. Complaint made and delivery of legal documents. Have not tried calling the number of whomever made the complaint yet, but will do so after posting this. Thanks to the others reporting this same problem as it made me aware of what is going on.

Short answer....Real process servers do NOT call before arriving.

as an addition to my earlier message, the thought occurred to me that by calling either of the numbers you might be validating your phone number or other information.

Based on messages left I think I will put the numbers on my spam list and not answer any calls from them.

I looked up 844-721-2131 and the operator  is Vodafone location is Delhi metro Vodafone mobile directory of India!!!

Got the same strange call today. Definitely some kind of scam.

Got the same message but the number was from 12522522234

I had the same experience as described by others above, ie a voicemail message from this NY phone number stating that Amy Hernandez of CLS Legal services is notifying me that I will be served legal documents for which I will need two forms of identification, and that I should call 1-844-712-2131, which is apparently not a number in the U.S.  Also, from my research, CLS is an international Federal Reserve Bank, and this is obviously some kind of scam.
