Received a 2nd call from a middle eastern gentleman from 213-221-8520 representing himself as an employee of Wells Fargo Bank and I was approved for a loan of up to $5,000.00.  I told him that I am declining the offer now and had also declined the same offer the night before.  I also let him know that I had contact Wells Fargo Bank, scam and phishing department and reported to them that others are representing themselves as an employee of the company. He told me that he was a "designated loan officer" with Wells Fargo.  I told him again that I was not interested and to stop calling me.
