    R my calls being screened by a scammer?
    This person called my att smart phone about a week ago, when I was checking the status of a school loan application. I was applying for income based repayment and as soon as I got off of the phone with the customer service rep, this call came through. They did not leave a message. I am concerned because every time I try to conduct business over the phone and I get a call from an unknown caller, I begin having problems receiving calls, my pone exhibiting strange behaviors in its apps, or when I check the status of jobs that I have applied to, the responses have been moved to my spam box. It is as though someone is reading my e-mails and listening to my phone calls for kicks! WTH!

    Who distributes these phone numbers to the caller. Why can't they be caught? As soon as I answered the phone, someone was talking to me in another language other than English. I want to know why the caller cannot be traced back, who pays the phone bill for this number?
