Called on my cell phone. The number is from New York, but don't know from whom.  Left no message.

recored voice: "this is Heather..." calling about your credit card account. Nothing wrong, want you to call in for a lower rate.. Hung up. Scam to get you to open an account with them and transfer your balance, or something. Scam none the less.

called and wouldn't speak. I knew it was a New York number & have no contacts there.  after checking here there's no way anyone would try to get me to open credit due to currently in bankruptcy, and also no way for collection calls to happen. I tried calling back to tell them to get me off list since I AM on a do not call list, but the phone stays busy, obviously trying to annoy more people.

These calls are nuts, the do not call list is a joke... scam scam scam. Just block them and they call from other numbers. I have read up on these, they sometimes call twice in a row to see if the number is valid then sell the number to another company, that is why they get away with it.

Called me in the early morning today and yesterday. I did not pick up. The law needs to do more to stop this activity.

Also received call this morning, did not answer.

Received message on my cell phone.   A woman voice recording calling about me being able to reduce the interest rate on my Verizon credit card.  I do have Verizon as my cell phone provider but nothing that involves use of a credit card, other than HOW I pay my Verizon bill.

Same number called me a few minutes ago. No VM was left. I am on the DNC list. Unsure how they got my number... Annoying!

Got a call from this number 292-249-2992 at my work. The ID shoed them as John M Davis. They would not say anything when I answered the phone. This disrupts the work day from callers like this. Ty.

Did not answer-- but have received calls at biz and now on mobile regarding this scam.  Frustrating.  New York number.  Have friends in NY and almost answered but thought they would leave a message.  Glad I didn't answer!

Miss call from 212-249-2992 but no message left. Don't recognize the number and definitely not from my state.

Called our office twice in 10 minutes; no message, no sound, then hung up.  Guess now I know why!

This number called with "Private name", so I did not answer. They did not leave a message.

Listened until the end.  Gave you the option to press 1 to continue to speak with someone or press 2 to opt out of further notifications.  Pressed 2 and the call ended.  Let's see if it actually takes me off the list..

Same - call no message left.  I am on the do not call registry

Davis, John M         I am tired of the credit card calls. I had enough  with all the Rachael calls in the last five years and it is probally the same rip off artist again stealing peoples money.

Received call on my cell phone. I am also on DNC list. No way to return call as the line will always be busy. Will contact my provider and report the number as spam.
