Some guy named Joe Cordy or Kordey left me a voicemail asking me to call him back at  2129293487. He also mentioned he was calling from AEI.

Got the same voice mail with the name and number mentioned here.

Someone from this number wanted to know more about F10 and jwhere the company was headed.  Force10  Networks is doing alot of great things and we are moving in the right direction as a company.  When I asked who was calling the line drop...HMMMMMMMM

Got the same message this morning (8:30AM PDT).

Weird... I just got this call and googled the name to figure out who he was and came across this page...

Got a call from this number. Caller claimed he was from Advanced Equities in New York.

"Hello (my first name), Mike Lombard with AEI. It's about a quarter to 11 on (date), New York time. Whenever you have an opportunity, please give me a call back in the office. You can reach me directly, as always, at 212-292-3630. Thank you very much (my first name). I do look forward to speaking with you soon."

The name might be Lombard or Lombarg - it was hard to tell for certain.

Note that the callback number 2122923630 does not match the caller ID, which is probably a trunk number.

Mike Lineberger? as with previous poster, found it hard to get the
last name.  What pisses me off about these people is that they don't
say who they are or why they are calling.  Interestingly, I could hear
activity in the background suggesting a call center of some kind.
Called the number back after hours, got a voice mail box. The announcement
was a female voice (secretary or admin probably), and the interesting comment, "please note you cannot leave buy or sell orders".

Same exact vmail as previous posters. If caller won't state his/her business nature, I never call back. Simple.

Received multiple, back-to-back calls.  I did not answer and no message was left.  Caller ID showed as Advanced Equity.

these guys are from http://aei.advancedequities.com/index.php ; agreed that if you don't tell me why you're calling i won't call you.

Same loser keeps calling in spite of the fact I've asked them to remove us from their call list.  Next up, reporting them.

I have no connection to AEI and they should not call me

This is a boiler room operation trying to get people to buy stocks and other investments.  Very high pressure.  They've been calling me for months as well as others from my company.  Don't bother answering.

Same as others, I got an unsolicted message "Mike Linebarger(?) here from AIE, looking forward to speaking with you, my number as always is (212) 292-3630." Not a word about who he is or why he's calling me, but thanks to Google and this site I know not to bother.

For what it's worth - meaning, very little - I left a message in their general voice mail box to be placed on their do-not-call list.  Yes, I know, waste of time.
