Credit one bank. My payment is due in two days and they started calling me yesterday! Really?? I've made on time payments for at least 5 years and paid the card off twice! I usually pay at least 7-10 days in advance but this month I couldn't .... i don't like being harrassed BEFORE my bill is even due! This is crazy

Same here. I'm sick of it. Once it's paid off, I'm cancelling my account and shredding the card! I don't need this crap from them.

Yes, It is Credit One BAnk for CC payment. I have warned them numerous times to not call me all day long. Today sine 8:20 am they have called me 9 times and it is only 1:57pm...REALLY?? they are awful!!! I told them it is harrassment , they stopped for awhile but started up again! I only owe the 75.00 and its not due til the 29th. WOW!!!

At least you actually have an account with them.  I never have and yet every 3-4 months they continually call me from a multitude of different numbers and that harassment lasts for a couple of months.  I repeat: I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM.  I figure there's some kind of scam going on since I'm on the Do Not Call list which IS honored by legit companies and they never leave a message which is illegal.

I have an account with them. My payment isn't due until the 28th and their telling me I'm 2 days late.

I just got the card and my minimum balance is not due till the 15th and they are calling non stop since this morning!. This  is a nightmare

Keeps calling and leaves no message. I thought that registering on the National Do Not Call would take care of telemarketers but apparently not since they call repeatedly.

I have looked up multiple unfamiliar numbers who frequently call me and they all seem to be credit one... But im not for sure. But this is getting really annoying.

Same here. My payment is due February 5th. Last I checked it's the 2nd. And I have my payment set up through bill pay for them to receive it in time.
Never had a late payment with them to date. Not sure why they'd be calling but this is redic!

This number is for IQOR USA, they are an outsourcing company  NOT Credit One Bank, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TALK TO THEM or release any information to them, if you are past due or over the limit on your Credit One Bank Credit Card, The Bank must contact you in person VIA a written notice of any actions that are being taken against you, they MUST provide verification and Validation of any Debt that you may owe them in writing upon request.

IQOR USA is NOT the owner of the credit card, nor are they the owner of any debt that you may owe to Credit One Bank, therefore, you are not required to speak to them or release any information to them

Once again this number is NOT Credit One Bank, but IQOR USA  if they continue to harass you file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade commission) against IQOR USA for harassment, as well as your local police department and against Credit One Bank for sharing Private information with a company without your permission
