Call from this number. no one talked and listened for someone to talk then hung up

Received a cold call from a man who said he worked for "Auto Care Center." They asked me if I was the owner of a car I sold approximately 7 months ago. This is the second type of call I've received where the caller referenced my old car. I asked to be added to their do-not-call list the first time they called me.

They called asking for a man named George. When I told him our group name he suddenly became a person interested in services. I asked him where he lived and he said Texas so I informed him he was out of my area for service. He then said he also had a home in my area. He just kept insisting he needed information on my company so I suggested if he lived in my area he could find the information online. I finally hung up after asking him to stop calling my number.

Got a call from this number 36 minutes after I didn't answer a call from 331-256-1086. Seriously, if I didn't answer an unknown number the first time, why would I answer the second one? Phone calls must come from the same people that send the stupid emails saying you've "been granted your inheritance for 75000USD funds..." etc. I have more SCAM numbers saved in my phone than I do for people I actually talk to these days. So sad.
