This number has been calling non-stop for several days. When I answer I receive a beep noise and then hang up. Calling back the number sates that the number is out of order.

The caller ID shows number is from "Hogan Lovells", which is a large, prestigious Law Firm. I called them this morning and spoke with the receptionist, (extremely pleasant) and informed her of the copious phone calls. She said that she has received several phone calls from people with same issue, She had already alerted the IT team of the problem and after I gave her the number which has been attached to their name, she was going to call IT again and give them updated info.

All we can do is block this number as well, I wish I could get one of the morons to answer so I can find out which scam it is.

I have received 2 calls from this number in the past 2 days.  No one responds when I say hello and then the line disconnects.  When I called the number back, it said that number was not in service.    

Received a call from this number but did not pick up.

I don't understand why they call us if they aren't going to speak or try and sell something. What is purpose of call just to bother us?

I have received calls from this number claiming they are calling about problems with our computer that it has a
virus and they need information, like passwords,etc to help get rid??? The voice is very oriental ...

I answered and a young sounding woman asked to speak "to the owner of the computer please", I hung up immediately

I have been getting calls from this number saying that there are reports of problems with my Windows computer.  When I said I'm not using a Windows computer, the caller said that if I had another kind of computer, then that was the computer with the reported problems.  Then I was instructed to go to some web address which would list all the problems in my computer.  When I told the caller I didn't believe her, she warned me that without her help, someone could hack my system.  I said goodbye.

it's a scam,hang up on these people

They have called me twice in the last two days a young oriental girl asked about my computer, said she was calling from Microsoft and I had viruses... I played along for a but asked how she got my number she didn't have an answer for that! Then got mad when I told her I was not going to turn on my computer and hung up... Total scam!

This number has called me several times, when I finally answered, it was a male voice, telling me something was wrong with my computer, and I needed to go to a website and download this software! Told him he was full of BS and don't ever call my number again. Just called again I answered and all I could hear was laughing in the background!!!

They called 3 time, 2 actually answering. I told them it was a scam I heard about on TV, then hung up.
