I received a call from this number and they left no message as well.

On 7/16/13, I received a call from this number & they left no message

I was just called by this number and was played a very generic message about lowering the interest rate on a credit card.

The nerve of 505 531 3925 calling my cell phone.  How do they get to numbers they are calling?

Called to lower my current credit card rate, When I asked what credit company he represented he hung up. could be a scam.

Same as others above: recorded message about lowering my credit card rate. The message did not specify which card they were referring to or what company/entity was making contact with me. I was instructed to call back and that this was a "final notice." I didn't call back. This is probably a scam where you give them your credit card information.

It is, indeed, a well-known scam.  If only it were true that this was your "final notice ...".  They even lie about that.

Got a call this morning from this number; no message.

Call started off as though there was a problem with my credit card (I don't use credit cards. As I am on the do not call list, I immediately filed a complaint with DONOTCALL.GOV (and I wonder if the DONOTCALL folks every do anything about these illegal firms)?

Called me at 10am this morning on my cell, didn't leave a message.

Spam Caller. Did not pick up.  No message.

Called cell, did not answer, no message, same as above.  Same crap.

I received a call from this # @ 10 AM today.  I didn't answer, no message left; same as most of the others here.  

I, too, have no idea if reporting to the FTC matters either except I saw this on FTC website:
"FTC Settles ‘Rachel’ Robocall Enforcement Case".  (Here's the link to the article:  http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2013/07/aplus.shtm)  

Maybe it does help after all, so I'll report it; can't hurt.

Caller ID 212-531-3925 (probably fake)  Typical Heather call -- lower your rate.  
Pressed 1 and got a subcontinent voice asking for my credit card number.
Screamed at the scamster that he would die and burn in hell, he kept asking for the CC number, but I kept screaming death and damnation to him - he eventually stopped asking and hung up.
It so purifies the soul to tell these creeps where there are going. not that it helps them or stops them.
Also notified phone co.

As long as they didn't leave a message, I'll let you know it was the drug- addicted "card services" scammers calling. These lowlifes call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. People that have given these junkies their card number have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these scum, and warn others before they are cheated!
