I do not know why I am getting these calls everyday in regards
to a bill that is unknow to me. becasuse as far as I am concern my
bill R up to date and paid on time.I have a private number and this
service is in violation of my privacy, moreover harrassment.

8/17/12 @7:45pm I received a call from 212-575-0383 that I did not answer. A voice mail was left on my cell, which is registered on the do not call registry. A man left a looped message stating he was calling in regards to and unpaid bill from the NY library and to please call as to not incur additional fines. Interesting since I've never stepped foot in a NY library. Somebody please investigate this number to stop these calls.

Oh my goodness - I have worked at my job for 3 months and I have received almost daily calls from this number claiming to be the Columbus Library and stating that I have a package to be picked up and that after 7 days it will stop calling.  3 months later it is literally a daily phone call and it's automated so I cannot get it to stop!!  I called the Columbus Library and they have no record of my phone number - so frustrating, please investigate!
