Received a call on 11Feb2012 from 212-643-7541, Caller ID: "Merchant,Networ". No one was there, when I answered. Might be a spoofed number.

I just received one today from that number as well.  When I answered, nobody was there.  Saturday mornings must be prime time with two of these within an hour.

Just got a call from them it is almost 2pm,they never answered.I don't answer unknown phone numbers.I don't know where all of these numbers are coming from but this is just to much to take.

call came in from this number at 11:48am on 2/11/12, with no further info. At least I know everyone's getting called from this number.

Received a call from "Merchant, Netw" at 1:30 pm today.  Who are they?

Just got this call, silent for a few seconds before the message started "This is Lisa calling about your credit card --". That was when I hung up.

Just like everyone else...answered, no one there.

Caller ID had this number. Terrible VOIP or satellite connection. Caller with a thick New Dehli/Punjabi accent identified as CardServices, Visa, Cardmember Services, and several other names, always followed by "like... uh, Chase, Discover" etc. etc. Said 'don't worry, this isn't a third party, we work directly with your bank, like Chase, Wells Fargo, and more". I had to ask if he knew what 'third party' meant!  
He laughed at me throughout the call and feigned ignorance, then asked me if I was police, told me he didn't have time for my question of the name of the company calling me. Said his contact number to be removed from call list was 941-412-3737. This came up as a mobile number in India and a prefix for Florida. Tried calling via VOIP but it just rang and rang. VOIP showed it to be a US number.
Probably not much you can do about these, unfortunately.

Received call @ 11 on Sunday morning. Never answer these junk calls (Caller ID showed "Merchant, Network"), but kind of suprised they would try this on the weekend.

yes, you can do something:  Please report the number to your cell phone carrier (send a text to 7726 containing the offender's phone number - it's the central number of all carriers to report spam) and also reported their number to the FCC http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

It's another number in a long line of numbers trying to get you to give them your credit card number. The Do Not Call list will not stop these calls. Your phone company will not help either, I've even had my phone number changed and these calls still will get thru.

Auto call from credit card company offering better rates.  I pressed 9 to talk to a representative.  When I asked to be removed from the call list, they hung up on me.  Called back and it's a non working number.

Just got a call from this number - didn't answer but the caller ID says: NWYRCYZN01

I received a call from this number as well. I did not answer. I called it back and it said the number is no longer in service...

I received a call from this number on a Sunday evening. A recorded message started playing and I pressed #3 to see what might happen. The recording stopped and I was transferred to a man who hung up on me when I asked for my number to be removed.  When I called back, the phone number was not in service.

scam  call from lisa wanting to lower my credit card rates.  I press 9 so they have to answer it and set the phone down.  I can hear them saying hello hello.  At least it wastes thier time like they waste mine.  I am thinking of getting a very loud whistle  just for Lisa

I got a call from this # today saying something about my credit cards and that there were no problems then I hung up. Used to be an automated message as this one was starting with "This is Rachel" so I hung up then as I do today. Scams of some sort.
