Caller ID said Hearst . They didn't leave a message.

Called 3/2/16 - no message left. Caller ID said New York, NY

Caller ID just had phone number. Didn't leave a message or say company name. Called and answering machine told me to leave a message...and gave a personal name.

Caller ID said Hearst with a New York City number.  Caller had a foreign accent, I believe from India, female, said she wanted to discuss with me my Microsoft computer.  Yeah, right.  I hung up immediately.

Caller called from the above number to discuss my Microsoft computer.  I immediately got nasty when he (from India) got very nasty with me telling me he was just trying to help me.  When he got real bad I put my husband on the phone.

Caller ID said Herst. Caller said he was calling from Windows 10 and he wanted to alert me to some error messages that were pinging from my computer. He asked that I get to my computer. I knew of this scam so I  told him I had my iPad right there. He said just a minute and he hung up on me.
