Thi unknown  number constantly calls and does not leave a message.

Received a call.  Did not leave a message.  I called.  Got a message that the number was disconnected.  LOL!  Disconnected in less than a minute after they called me.  Really?

Constantly call with No message and when you call back, it's disconnected.

This phone number calls me constantly and I usually never answer. The one time I did they asked for me by name and I told them they had the wrong number. They hung up. They called me again two hours later but when I answered they hung up. I tried calling them back in the number was disconnected.

harassing calls, i would say.  I called back and its disconnected.  Yet it will call me again tomorrow!!! WTF!!

Don't call me again

well, Fran, I don't what 800 notes can do to keep this number from calling you.  It is up to you to do that.  You can block the calls if you want, either through your phone, a call blocking device, or through your provider.  If it is legitimate debt collector, and you owe money, you may want to speak with them.

Quit calling if you can't talk jackasd

Got three.  On two, they just hung up.  On one, a person with a thick accent mis-pronounced my name badly, asked to speak with me, and hung up as soon as I started to ask who's calling.  Called back - Verizon Wireless message "Number Changed or Disconnected".

Please file FTC, FCC, and DoNotCall.gov complaints about these fraudulent calls and ID spoofing.  I did!
