Received a call from this number today.  Did not answer.  Called back via skype and it said this number is "no longer in service".... Blocked with *60 on my lan-line and blocked with Mr. Number for my cell.

how  do i stop these calls

I could not answer phone because I was on the expressway.  As soon as I got off I called number twice and received an out of service message.  I don't know how the number can call me and I can't call back to see who is doing this.  It is really a pain in the ....!!!

Robo call from "Lisa" offering to reduce your credit card rates.   Press nine for operator.   Man with Indian accent answered "Card Services" and hung up when started asking questions.   Guess they decided to try a new voice recording instead of Rachel or Heather.  Voip with very probable fake caller id.  Scam.

Keeps calling and I am already on do not call list
