- Caller: Caller ID said Healthcor
- Mobility RepCalled my store today. Wouldn't take no for an answer as I knew right away this was a scam. We have no need for help with our computers and if I did I would be contacting them directly, not vice versa.

- I hallThis number keeps calling...when I do answer, if they don't answer me after I say "hello", I hang up. I figured after the first time, if it's important, they would leave a message. It is so annoying to have repeated calls from this number.
- Archie johnsonThis number keeps calling with no one on the other end

- Susan JHeavy foreign accent called my cell. Said there was a virus on my Windows computer. I said "sure there is." He asked me to click on something. I said I only use Macs. He hung up. What an idiot. Who falls for that crap? Now blocked.
- Caller: Healthcor
- APReceived a call in the morning claiming they were with Microsoft support. After putting them on hold for about 5 mins I told them I had a Mac, they hung up. Got another call several hours later from a different number saying they were Mac support and had received numerous errors from me. I told them I didnt have internet at the moment and they hung up.

- NayLlamaCall came in this morning on house phone - ID said 'HEALTHCOR' -- -- didn't answer, and of course they didn't leave a message. Glad to see this info on here that it is the Indian Scammer group calling again with the bogus computer problem...hopefully next time I can answer and waste their time -- love to see how far I can string them along -- put on hold for a minute while I get a pen, etc and then finally ask them where they are sitting -- this always throws them because they are in Calcutta or somewhere and usually don't know the US well enough to fake it -- if they say "New York", I say great ! What part of NY ? If they say NYC, I say what part -- Manhattan - Brooklyn - Queens, etc... they finally get frustrated and hang up. These people are most likely criminals trying to take control of your computer for unlawful means.... Be Careful.

- MarieGot this call last night. Read all your comments. Thanks to all of you this will be blocked now.
Sadly, these scammers manage to hit the elderly and it's big business for these creeps. - madelgaRcvd 2 calls today. Ignored first one; answered second just to have some fun.
It was several seconds before someone responded to my "hello". Other party did not seem to be aware a connection had been made as he was talking to someone else in the room in a language I could not recognize. The two of them talked back forth and finally after about 90 seconds the connection terminated. - davidI received 3 calls in the last 2 days from these jerks, not the first go around, scammers. I could see his, but when I asked he hung up.....like all the other indian accent.
- Caller: healthcor
- NicoleSCAMMER! Called twice today. I didn't answer the first time. The second time he said he was from windows. I told him I didn't have a computer because I knew what he was trying to do. He then asked if I was Ms. Hancock. When I said That wasn't my name he hung up! Don't fall for this.
- HankReceived a call on 4/28 with the caller ID for Healthcor. A person with an Indian accent stated that he was from Windows and wanted to fix my computer. After jerking him around by asking for his info, I told him that I did not have a computer. I can't wait for him to call again. I going to see how much of his time I can waste.

- Alfalfa replies to Peggy Koppel| 3 repliesThese are cybercriminals, attempting to get control of your computer so they can steal your personal identifying information. They do not follow the Do Not Call Laws (or any other laws, for that matter). Your best bet is to invest in a call blocker---one which can reject calls from multiple area codes. Sold on Amazon.
- dc replies to Peggy KoppelPeggy, this forum doesn't make calls and doesn't have any lists.
- Yoda1725 replies to Peggy KoppelHi Peggy,
I believe that you don't know how this sites works. 800notes is not a call blocking service, nor is anyone here responsible for your calls. 800notes does not have the ability to put you on a do not call list.
You can help yourself. If your phone is a cellular phone, get a call blocking app. If it is a land line, invest in a call blocker. There are plenty to choose from on amazaon, etc. - JTMy wife just got the call and handed me the phone. Heavily accented guy says he's with 'windows support' and that we had been hacked!!
