Have gotten about 10 calls from this # and no is on the other end when I answer

Called today, no message left.
I am in Ontario, no business in NY.

They called today.....never answered

Asked to speak to "The person in charge of ...."   I cut him off by saying that he's reached a cemetery, and I am currently meeting with a family that just had a death.   He sounded like he was going to burst into tears, he was so apologetic!

just received a call, no one was there.

I answered and he said "I need to speak with the owner of the company". I told him the owner was retired so he can speak with me and he responded with "I'll call back another time" and hung up.

just got a call from this nr. too ,no answer left on machine just a big sigh

Keep calling, over 10 times today, I am in Calgary. This is very anoying

I got a call from them... Telemarketing... they were looking for the business owner and said they are from the business bureau of designs...maybe the one in India... lol.. anyways... this is just a telemarketing call... hope it helps anyone.

I've had several phone calls from this number, and no one responds. I'm in Calgary area. I'm super creeped out.. D:

Received many calls over the past month with no one on the other end.  Very frustrating!!

They just called my shop, I was pulled from my work to answer this call like in another interruption!! NUCIENCE!! THEY GOT A "FFS!!" and slammed the phone - sooooo tired of this! Do they really think we independent working shops appreciate these unproductive, interruptive, unwarranted, unsolicitated, aggravating call-after call day after day?? COULD THIS BE NOT telemarketing but the America's spy agency the  'NSA" ??

If I keep getting calls with no one at the other end or any calls from this number , ill have my lawyer take care of this !    I have better things to do then run to my phone while I'm at work for nothing at all .... This is highly annoying as I already get 20-30 calls a day ....   This is a business I'm trying to operate , not a phone answering service

I just called them back and there is no receptionist, just auto operator, and if you don't know the extension you are looking for it cuts you off after three attempts

You would be wasting your time and money trying to track the telemarketers down.  With the new internet based phone systems, you can be anywhere in the world, and be calling from any area code.  So even though it is a New York area code means nothing.  The national telemarketing laws do not apply to international callers and you would have no legal way to do anything about it.

It is unfortunate, as the situation is going to get worse, so hopefully telecoms and regulators can come up with something to help the consumer get away from this.
