Told my my computer was sending out alerts, but they could "fix" it.

Scam.

J'ai reçu un appel en anglais, mais il a raccroché.

I keep getting calls from this number but when I answer or the voice mail answers, it hangs up.  When I try to call it back, it says that it is out of service

Call came on my landline and they said, they were microsoft calling it did not feel right so I responded that i would take laptop to trusted computer repair

Call came in on my land line saying they were from Microsoft and that I had many texts coming through on my Iphone which alerted me so I relayed that I would look into it, since when does Microsoft call me about my texts when I'm with Shaw?

Call came in on my land line also but it was a message saying 'Goodbye' and hung up (3 different times).
Then on Saturday morning at 7:45 in the a.m.!!! This woman with an Indian accent!!! says that she is a Microsoft rep. and that my computer has downloaded malicious ....whatever.....and she will guide me through the steps to get rid of it!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! I answered "I don't f--ing need your help!!!" and she hung up. lol
