I did that the first two times and the same guy called back the following day, not realizing he was talking to the same guy... so I had fun with it and played him along for quite a while... and finally I asked him how it felt because I wasted so much of his time... then I hung up.

People, people....Use your heads! Why not answer the phone when they call you, be super pleasant and tell them you want to buy up every service they provide and that you want them to give you a total so you can write a big check to them and to kindly give you their name, business name and physical address so you can send the check to them! Tell them you must have a physical address because you send everything certified mail so a P.O. Box address won't work for you. After you get all the information from them, tell them you're going to go get your checkbook so you can fill it out and verify with them that everything is correct. Then leave them on hold for hours or until they hang up. Works like a charm every time.

All of these guys use a PBX with call spoofing software.Thats why its always a different number. As soon as you say "Hello" the software hears your voice and connects you to a person. I downloaded a file called disconnect.wav . Whenever I get a wierd number I turn up the speakers and hold the phone next to them. They hear the tones and the software drops your number from their list. I have been using it a few months with great luck so far.

A foreign-sounding person, either male or female, asks to speak with a Jill Collins.  I have received many calls, not always from this phone number, asking for this Jill Collins.  EXTREMELY Annoying!

When I answer the phone and say "Good (morning/afternoon), Law Office" they always hang up.

ive been getting calls from this number everyday for the past 2wks. i havent answered it yet bc i dnt answer calls from unknown #s. but i think if they call 2day i just might. and as far as reporting these scammers/hackers. we shud print out these pages of complaints for these #s and start voicing our opinions to our legislatures n MAKE them do something for us for a change! if we bug them as much as these ppl bug us they just might realize there is a problem that needs attention.

Many, many calls from "Canadian Pharmacy"

This number calls everyday. I do not pick up numbers I do not recognize. I have an application on my android called Mr. Number. It automatically blocks numbers I do not want to pick up and blocked and private numbers. So now I do not worry. Any person who uses a android phone or better should use this application.

I have been getting a dozen calls from this number as well as some others.. the first company, it has gone on about a year, I tell them I'm on the list, stop calling, etc and they continues... So finally when they started calling I would scream as lound and high pitched as possible when I picked up, did it once, and they stopped calling. when this number calls me when I'm at home, they are getting a whistle to the ear..Clearly the Do not call list is a bunch of bull....

As I sat here trying to read other comments about this scam pig, I have had three -- THREE -- more calls.  Patience is a virtue . . . so, now I wait until the third ring, then go into my very quiet empty guest room, and hit the answer button.  I say absolutely nothing, and let the phone sit there off the hook until they hang up.  If they call again, I do the same thing again.  I can outlast them.  Having raised four sons, I learned a lot of patience.  Hope they are having fun.

Guys, I've had with this number calling me. Finally today I had a breakthrough. The company is run out of Sacramento and the direct number into the call center where the "supervisors" sit is: 916-437-0494, 0495, 0496. You will get an actual person and you can break off a piece of your mind and demand they take you off their call lists. Worked for me, good luck!!
