Rec'd call from this number today Saturday October 12, 2013 @ 9:54AM Pacific Standard Time. When I answered the phone I heard the typical pre-recorded "This is Heather from Account Services" message. It's the tired old, we are trying to help lower the interest rates on your credit card scam. I provided them with a fake credit card number which of course they couldn't process. They transferred me to a supervisor who also couldn't process the number either. They then asked me which bank the card was from, and I said Capital One. They said thank you and h/u. I called back and got a message claiming the that the number was a cell phone number that doesn't not yet have a voice mail set up yet.

I also got a call this morning (October 12, 2013) from this number.  The recording said they were from Account Services, but no name was given.  They assured me that there were no problems with my credit accounts but wanted to help lower my intrest rates down to 6%.  I figured it was a scam and just hung up.

At 12pm, a call from this number showed up on my caller ID on my cell.  I did not answer as I didn't recognize the number.  I have both my landline & cell numbers registered with the DNC database.  I decided to look up the number on my cell, online & the information was here.  Really glad I didn't answer.

1:06 pm got a call from this number. when answered, I only heard a beep. called the number back and got recorded message that the mail box had not been set up. good-bye. will not answer again!

So I press 1, t/w rep, asked who they were calling, said they were calling credit card holder. I asked what name they were calling, responded primary credit card holder. I asked who? He replied "Do you have a credit card?" I asked who are you calling? He replied "John Muller." I advised wrong person, please take number off of list. Caller ID displayed Casiano Sherily, which is tricky trick.

received a call from this number while at church services.  glad I had the phone on vibrate, since I do not talk to scam artist.  tried to call back since we have friends in NY and got the stupid message that the voice mail had not been set up.  too bad that they know how to call but can't set up a voice mail, what is the point of having it if you can't use it.  the only credit card we have is with Women of Faith and they do not charge interest or finance charges in the five years we have had the card.  Apparently they can't beat FAITH!!!!
Also apparently they do not know how to leave a message!

Oct. 14, 2013 at 9:49 am. -don't usually pick up but did this time before checking.   Caller I'd shows 212-799-0263 with the name Casiano S but it was HEATHER 's recorded message saying this was the final notice- "if only"

received the call at 7AM on monday Oct 14th... did not answer as I recognized the area code (NY) but was not expecting a call from that area code

I signed them up for a [***]-ton of junk mail, and requested info from about half a dozen online colleges.

this of course is either a scam or debt collector. I never answer my phone with out of state area code!!!!

Recieved two calls from this number this morning.  Did not answer, but tried to return the call later to identify the caller.  Message said caller had not set up a voice mail box yet.

Recieved 2 calls this morning, one at 10:30 and another at 10:40.   Couldn't give a name of a person they were calling for, and just kept trying to talk me into giving them a CC#.   I've reported it to the NYS Att Gen.

Enough is enough, not only land line but now cell too. Idiots

No message, just notice on my cell phone that I had missed the call.  I am on the no call list for my cell phone
