The very fact that they phone my unlisted number that has been on the do not call list since it first started is a red flag of a criminal operation. This is confirmed by their sales pitch. They are loan sharks.

Illegal robo call pitching shady loans. Why on earth would you do business with somebody who is already breaking the law?

I called them back (couldn't help myself) and they identified themselves as "Capital Stack." Said they made small business loans.

I might qualify for up to $50,000 in business loans!

When I hit '9' to be removed from the list, the guy hung up on my in mid "Please remove my number..."

Bad advice.  Press "9" to confirm that they called a working number and you listen to messages.

Made call to my work phone at 10:49AM today. Did not answer; no message left.

Automated call for business owners...SCAM

Called and didn't say a word and then hung up.  Busted the Scum.

Called my work but heard no one on the line. Hung up on them.  A couple of minutes later, they called again and I picked up the phone and hung up on them again.  Scum!

My number is on the Do Not Call list but this number keeps calling me anyway. Please investigate.

Those organizations that refuse to honor the DONOTCALL list are legion.  This is another one.  It does no good to kvetch on this site but every one of us must file a complaint on DONOTCALL and have them do the investigation.  Yes, these scumbags will continue to call and yes, it's a pain to file a complaint, but the more of us that do so, the faster these creeps are shut down.

Showed up on my answering machine. I agree, don't chose to be removed from list - it identifies a working number. It's now on my block list. Thanks to all who post at this site with updates.

called @ 11:30  attempted to answer but call just kept ringing in.  When it timed out I came to this site to see what was here.  I am on the DNC list as well, unfortunately with all the govt cutbacks, abusers know that there is little chance of anyone with any authority pursuing their abuse.  

Called ID shows "New York NY" and called non-stop for 20 minutes until I finally answered. Recorded messages says "Attention business owner" and then the offer of various loans. I just hung up. Seen numerous reports stating this is a scam by "Capital Stack" an investment group headed by David Rubin. Just saw a report on television this weekend. Other info for you is their website capitalstackllc.com and toll-free phone number is 888-782-2510 and fax number is 877-951-1110. The report I saw suggested filing an FCC abuse report giving all of this information along with the dates and times of calls that you get.
