    This is a Joseph Abboud number from NYC.  We are working with the phone company to understand why this number just calls people randomly and hangs up.

    I've been getting calls from this number early in the morning for a week now (including 8:30 a.m. on a Sunday!). No one there, no message.

    I forgot to mention that when I dial this number back, I get "the number you have reached is not in service".  Aggravating!
