I had this too today, didn't answer it though, thought its probably a scam and will charge me for answering !

Friend of mind in the UK missed a call from this number. It's a Manhattan phone number. I tried calling it, but it's after business hours and there was no answer. I'll try again tomorrow between 9 and 5. Very odd.
