They are account services, who have harassed me for  years. I owe nothing on my credit card, never have. Yet they call at least once a month, and harass me.  I ask them to stop, they refuse.

Usual credit card spam robo call to my cell phone. Pushed 1 to get a person, but as soon as I started telling them it was illegal to robocall cellphones to someone on the "do not call" list, they hung up.

Robo.call to increase credit limit. I'm on DoNotCall.

The DNC list does not automatically block calls.  Instead, it provides a list of  "do not call" phone numbers to legitimate telemarketers who pay a fee for the list.

The DNC list exempts political callers, survey organizations,  charities and companies with preexisting business relationships, but these organizations might have their own, internal Do Not Call list (ask them).

The DNC list  is not effective against criminals, spammers and scammers, because those people do not subscribe to the DNC list, and do not care if you are on or off that list.
Its purpose is to stop calls from legitimate telemarketers, and it does a pretty good job at that.

Remember, the Do Not Call site is a good one to report unwanted calls from LEGITIMATE telemarketers.  The DNC list does not cover calls from criminal scammers & spammers.  To report those, visit https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

If you receive calls even after reporting them (and waiting a sufficient time), then you should consider using a call blocker app, device or service as your first line of defense.  Google "call blocker" to see such things at Amazon or other sites.

Of late, I have been receiving lots of these types of calls (robo, pain-in-the-neck calls).Finally got smart! When I don't recognize the number on my cell, I just let it go. Some leave a voice mail....other's don't. I google the number, and then list these types of calls on my cell as Telemarketer. The next time they call, that word appears, and I don't worry about it. These people do not respect the DO NOT CALL, tame me off your list, etc. Most people are not deserving of this harassment., pay their bills, have great credit, etc......yet everyone is bothered by these predators. I doubt anything can be done, short of changing your number, in which it will be only a short period of time before they find you and start again. Unfortunately, just another hassle in this system of things!

I pay a small monthly fee so that I can block these guys from calling again.  Well worth it.

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!

Keeps calling but leaves no message and I don't answer, very annoying!!!

The last thing I would want from a telemaggoter is a messages taking up space on the answering system.

Called and ask for me by my first name and then it disconnected

Missed call showed up on my cell phone from this number.  Never seen it before, they did not leave a message.
