I receive numerous daily hangup calls from this phone number: 212-920-8181 on my business line. I contacted the company via email, and complained over the phone. Nothing helps.

I have had calls saying urgently trying to get hold of the CEO prior to an urgent meeting.  He will know what its about.  Pose as a specialist company but thanks to this site, tracked them on the web and yes, they are another sales company.

my administrator just got a call from this number saying they needed to talk to me, "Someone for NGU Group NY called asking if you wanted to be an honorary guest at one of their summits. Are you interested? They want you to call back and go to extension 371.  

She suspected it was a ploy, and sure enough, it was.

Hi I used to work for GDS, don't buy into the magazine advert, its such a rip off,and don't really get sent to anyone, however if you have the money for the actual confrences, they are good quality, but do cost quite a lot.

I was on the end of a hang up call from them too.  I work for a CEO.  When I got another call from them, the gentleman was very insistant in talking with my CEO.  I wouldn't relent, but instead offered up a VP, nope.  Not good enough.  The caller informed me that he was a "consultant" with Public Sector Technology.  I thought that was a magazine.  He was offended that I suggested he was with a magazine.  I decided to do a quick google before I passed along the message.  Good thing too!  Yikes!

I think all of you are absolutely ridiculous!!  GDS is a great firm that offers companies the opportunity to reach the very individuals they do business with.  To be honest...you all have no life to sit and complain about your day to day phone call...

And the "Good thing!...Yikes"....who says yikes?.....

I don't understand what everyone's problem is!!! I have been dealing with GDS for years and they are the premium publication that they claim to be. They have led me to more and more new business and i strongly recommend doing business with them if in fact you are fortunate enough to receive a call. GDS is the premiere business development initiative in North America!

First red flag, their number would not show up on our caller id. Then they needed to know the name of our CEO because they had a client who was interested in our software. They said their company was called Healthcare Systems Technology. I asked for a number to call them back and was given 212-920-8181, x 363.

Could not find their website, was told by "Nona" that their site was just for commercial purposes, whatever that means, and she could not give me the address. She did supply the name of the big client, Mike Nelson, VP of Universal Health Systems in King of Prussia, PA.  Our salesperson contacted them and Mr. Nelson had never heard of them or our product!  

This was the third time we have been contacted via this phone number - it's always a different person with a different company name. The last 2 times I was able to see the phone number, although this time it came up as "out of area". Why can't they just be honest and say what they want????

This company is a HUGE scam. I had applied for a job there, but turned it down because of their sales techniques. They will say anything to make a sale. Most lies. If you are considering doing business with them, I would take a good hard look at what they offer.

I used to work for one of their magazine call 100 thousand club.  The mag was only sent to advertisers.  HUGE SCAM.  I suggest you stay far away from this company because it should be on Arnold Diaz's SHAME SHAME SHAME...

Called twice (same guy) but different name David Whitaker - and David Winkler.  Wanting to speak with CEO.  Pushy.  Hang up on him.

I just got a very insistant caller from this same number. He said his name was David Franklin from Energy & Utiltiy Tech Group in New York. I did a google search and can't find this company name  but also said his website was not working today..anyone else get a call like this?

I made the mistake of actually talking with someone for a few minutes and then politely declined her offer to attend a seminar.  GDS now calls me every few hours.  It's almost harassment.

Do NOT buy anything these guys are selling.  They are total hacks.  They claim to represent many different companies which they have NOTHING to do with.  All they will do is waste your time and take your money!  Do not reply to them.  They start out pretending to interview you!  It's a PHONY operation.  Ask to immediately be put on their NO CALL list or they will call you every day for WEEKS.

Get your telephone provider to contact them on your behalf.
Then its documented. Fines, if they persist.

I'll leave her name out of this, but I am now receiving numerous, DAILY phone calls from this number, asking to speak with our President. I now consider this harassment (as I've asked her to STOP calling.)I was also yelled at as I called her on the fact that these are unsolicited sales calls. I've had it, and I don't know how to stop this. Anyone have any luck getting them to stop calling??

I got CALL with same description today? Is that guy right guy? what happened next?

They called to say they got my name from other CTOs

They will NOT stop calling.  No info on the caller I.D., but Googled their name and found this very useful thread.  Asking for the CEO, CFO, CIO, wanting to set up "personal meetings" with their CEO...

Their calls are getting abusive and insulting.
