    Just got a call from 212-931-6849; New York, NY on caller i.d.  Caller asked for the former owner by name who hasn't worked here for at least 10 years.  Wouldn't leave a message.  Interested to find out what kind of scam these guys are running.

    Hung up when I said "Owner" was not available. I called back to ask what the call was pertaining to and was hung up on a second time. I called again and was told they were offering financing.
