I have been getting calls from this number at my home and now they have called me at my work.  They said I filled out a ballot at a show and that I had won a trip to Orland and the Bahamas, I just have to pay $299 per person plus $149 departure tax per person, plus get myself from Canada to Florida where my vacation begins etc., etc.  
This is a timeshare company as I was also told that I would have to attend a 3 hour session while in Orlando and then tell all my friends about it.

i got a call from this number saying that i had wone the drawing for a vacation to the bahamas. at an airshow i registered for a vacation. this man told me that i won. every thing paid for and then they just need 299.00 a person for processing. once they don't get your credit card number they hang up. when i called my sister to tell her she had been called by the same people also. nothing but a scam!!!!!!

I have received 4 phone calls in the last 4 days from this number.  I just let the voicemail get it usually since I am at work.  The message is nothing but silence or someone saying hello 4 times and then hanging up.  Sounds suspicious to me!

I too have been receiving calls from this 212-994-2308, with no messages left on voicemail.  After reading all of these entries, I realized that I had signed up to win a vacation at Ohio Bike Week in Sandusky, OH.  I have been letting it go to voicemail and will continue to NOT answer it!!

I filled out a slip to win a trip while at an air show on an airforce base. been getting calls twice a day every day for over a week now. and decided  to look it up and found this site.

Got a call from this number 1-212-994-2308. Same story
1.filled out a ballot at a show
2.Caller said that i'd won a trip to the Bahamas
3.Everything paid for but I needed to pay $299 for processing
4.I said that I will not pay until I see something on paper!
5.Guy said that I had REGISTERED and that was like an AGREEMENT!!
6.Had an argument and I cut him off!
Of course, its a scam !!

Same as the last few. Bahama trip, $299 and that I won. I was like, cool, but didn't want to dedicate the money without thinking it over, got harassed, said I couldn't do it then and said 'stupid' and hung up... I guess he is having trouble getting buyers :S

Same thing, signed up for a drawing at a street festival and then got the call. I said I would not pay the $299, but they sent me the fabulous Bahama vacation package anyway and I had a fantastic free trip with no strings attached...NOT!!!

I also received many phone calls from this number without voice mail. I did not speak to anyone yet, and now I know what to expect. Thanks for this important info!!!

Got a call on my cell phone from 212-994-2308.  A lady came on and said that I filled out a ballot at the festival over the weekend and congatulations I had won a trip for two to the Bahamas and Florida.  She double checked my name and I said yes, then she asked if I carry a major credit card when I travel and I replied "uh hu" and asked again and I said "uh hu", then she continued with the whole shpeal about how much we get, and that it was only $299 per person etc...  She said I would have my tickets in the mail in 14 days.  I told her if she was sending the information in the mail I would take a look at it then since I was in the middle of work.  She said they had to go over the details on the phone first so I told her to call me in the evening at home.  I will make sure that I tell them to fly a kite tonight.

I just called the number back and someone answered the phone,  noise, background, then hung up. Now, I am calling back, and it rings and rings and rings.

Bastards.

I got a call on my cell asking if Jim or Vicky were in.. I said now and they repeated my number and I said there was no one at that number. Still wondering how the heck they got an unlisted number.

I have been getting these calls for a few days now. Same thing---when i answer the call, they hang up, and if you try to call right back it just rings and rings. They do not leave a message, just a few seconds of silence and they hang up. They call my home number, and when I dont answer, they call my cell right away, a number I never give out!

keep getting calls from this number probably 3 times a day...no one on the other end when i answer...does not leave message...will not pick up when i call back...

I received a call on my cell phone telling me that I had won a trip to the Bahamas for two but that the details had to told to both parties going on the trip via conference call. My husband couldn't be reached so they said they would call later that day but didn't call so I figured this was a hoax. Then I found these postings and really know that it is a hoax!

Baby expo event.  Filled out "Chance to win...", had 2 cars in background.  I  found out it was for a time share after dropping the entry into the box.  Couldn't get it back.  Should have read the back of the slip of paper before filling it out.  Getting calls off and on for over 1 month.  Guess it's time to block them.

i HAVE RECEIVED ABOUT 5 CALLS WITHIN 2 HOURS TIME FROM THIS NUMBER. i HAVE NOT ANSWERED BUT THEY KEEP CALLING.
