After annoying message, asks to press 1 for more info (didn't hear 8 to remove).  Pressing 1 got me an operator, who said the company is called "Best Carpet", and that their # is 888-264-1122.

they have called me so many times even though i am on the national do not call list. yes, they always hang up when i want to tell them not to call me back anymore.

I just received another call from them. I didn't pick up and they left no message.

I recently received a couple of calls from this number. Each time they call, I report them to the National Do Not Call Registry. Those of you who are on the DO NOT CALL list should also know that when someone does call you, you can go to that registry and report the number: that is very important, because the registry can follow up on those companies.

Also, if you call the business back, just tell them that you will boycott their business, and you have told all your friends to boycott their business too. Makes me feel better every time.

Received several recorded calls from this number. It is a carpet cleaning company and no option to decline further calls.

KEEP CALLING THEM BACK AT 888-279-6050. WE CAN DO TO THEM, WHAT THEY DO TO US.

I've seen this number on my caller ID but no messages left.  Today I answered and got a commercial for Best Carpet Cleaning.  I called the 888 number in the post above and had 5 people hang up on me when i asked for a manager but someone finally spoke with me and was unconvincingly apologetic.  I reported them to the Do Not Call Registry -- everyone should do this -- if enough people report the same company, there's more of a chance that it will get looked into.

i was stumped. didn't know how to reach these guys to give them a piece of my mind. i then googled "best carpet cleaner (213) 221-1021". luckly this site came up and the 888 279 6054 came up, which helped me a lot. i actually called the company and set up an appointment for tommorrow morning. the lady took down my personal info for the app. and gave me this number: 888-279-6050. the moment the guy shows up tomorrow i will kindly ask for his business card. then i will drill him with questions regarding his company's practices. the moment i get his business card, i will then release all their information on this site. i will also be able to file a decent complaint against this company with all the necessary departments. at least i'll get even with them tomorrow morning...can hardly wait. you know what? if nothing comes of it, at least i'll feel good knowing that they waisted gas and time to show up to my house.

I'm so over this - also on the do not call list but have been hounded again lately, now by this carpet cleaning recording, 213-221-1021. I think this is the worst kind because it ties up your line and you can't get through to anyone to stop it  - i needed to make a phone call but couldn't because it was going on and on. When i work from hom this is a huge nuisance - i can't believe these companies get away with doing this to people, it's total harrassment. Who do i report them to?

Best Carpet Cleaning.  This is about the 10th call to me, despite the Do Not Call list and someone who previously said they'd remove me.

These guys need to be tracked down and fined.
