They hang up!

They call every day.  No one answers the phone so I can't tell them to take my number off their list.  The caller ID shows this number:  V50709103900013

I sure wish there was an easy way to take these people to court, but that can't happen if we can't find out who they are.

They call me daily, if I don't answer they don't leave a message.  When I do answer the line is quiet, no one speaks, then it beeps and a machine says good bye

Free mortgage check. When asked why they had called a registered do not call number, reply was they are not selling anything only offering something for free.

They call me about 3 times a day and there is no on eon the other end! It is so frustrating because I cannot tell them to sop calling me. I finally blocked their number and they now call me from a similar number that is off by 1 digit.

ROBO CALLER Does not leave a message, CID: 213-221-3703, Anonymous.  Answered call, asking about my mortgage interest rate.  Did not identify who they are representing,  THIS IS A SCAM CALL!

They say they are a mortgage finder.

9 calls in two days.    No message.    When I call back no answer.     Has to be something that can be done.

I got the same as Anne. I called right back and the recording is something like "welcome to the HBC Bank". It could also be JBC Bank. The recording is very echoy and the accents are all British. If you punch in an extension like 36 it tries to transfer but the recording says no one is there and to call back later. No option to leave a message. No real company would have this telephone system, so it really is a SCAM.

The do not call list is a huge joke.

We signed up for the state version and the national version.

Hasn't even slowed them down!

Calls every night and day. Never leaves message. They have even called at 9:30 at night.

They have called at 7:00 a.m. on a Sunday.  They just called again, and when I asked who this was and complained about the morning call, the young woman replied, "I'm Amanda and we were calling about a mortgage quote -- that's all."  And she hung up on me!

Dave from Orland Park is right; I'm changing the call type from "telemarketer" to SCAM CALL, since there's no one home when you call them back.  All you get is the screech and then the info that this number can't be reached.

I keep receiving calls from 213-221-3703 and hear nothing when I answer except silence, followed by an automated voice saying "good-bye".

I've reported this time and time again, to the FTC, via the no call complaint, with Obama recording ever call being made in the USA, it seems that the FTC shouldn't have a huge problem  enforcing the no call list, however; these sleezy low life's that run the robo-dialers, may be donating to the DNC, I can think of no other reason the Feds refuse to enforce the Feds laws.
