My brother got a voicemail message from Agent Bourne saying that it is urgent he calls her back so she can confirm some information about a case regarding me (my full name).  I called them and it was a voicemail message, "If this is an emergency, please hang up and dial 911. Si este es una emergencia, por favor cuelgue y marque 911.  You have reached the General Investigations Unit.  Please listen carefully as our options have changed.  If you know the investigator's extension, please dial at any time..."  I dialed "0" for customer service and it asked me to record my name.  I only gave my first name.  Agent Bourne happens to answer my call.  I told her that she called my brother regarding me.  She asked for my brother's last name and looked up my "case" and after a while said, "Mam, you can disregard the call.  The case is closed." Case?  What case?  I didn't get into any credit trouble or commit a crime!!!  I asked, "How did you get my brother's phone number?" and she only replied, "mam, the case is closed." I said, "What case?  What is it about?" and she insisted that the case is closed.  I looked up General Investigations Unit online and I read from other 866 numbers that were reported online since nothing came up under the 213-226-0847 search.  This General Investigations Unit seem to be using illegal tactics to get your attention using that "if this is an emergency, please hang up and dial 911."  Really???  I am not running away from creditors and if I owe any money, I am making monthly payments.  I tried reporting them to BBB but they require a full address of the harasser.

Lisa Borne is some sort of private investigator She also uses the number 213 226 0847 She called me looking for my son this is not a law enforcement or government agency. When you call, you would be led to believe that it is some sort of law enforcement agency because there is a prompt at the beginning that says " If this is an emergency call 911" she also uses 213 226 9847
