Received call at 8:02am EST.  Call is supposedly based out of California. It is 5am there. what business in their right mind is open at that time. I spoke with the man at length who couldn't even pronounce my name. A few days back I was online looking for gov. grants.  I had put my information in there...even spoke with an agent online and told her I wasn't interested in their product.  Then I received the call asking me to reconsider and dish out $2.98 for their CD. I told him he was spam calling cause I said I wasn't interested and they couldn't guarantee results...not to mention, since I said online in chat I wasn't interested...they took it upon themselves to save my info and place a cold call.

this guys will not quit calling does any body know who they are? if you find out please post

I looked into that same thing but did not sign up and these people called me 27 times yesterday... Serioulsy... and the link was on the officela govt website...

They called me several times. I did not sign up for this at all. I wish they would stop calling me too.

I have gotten six phone calls from this company today alone. They claim they are looking for a person whose name I don't know. I have reported every call to the FTC as a violation of the Do Not Call List. They company claims their name is Grand Central and they have something to do with government grants, of which I want no part and have never looked into.

I keep on getting repeated calls from this phone but thry do not leave a message sometimes 4-5 times per day.

I have recieved 8 calls today alone not to mention yesterday of 6 calls. When I answer they hang up. I reversed the call and the woman(heavy accent of what origin I don't know) told me that it had something to do with govt. grants. I asked her how they could try to sell anything when they hang up as soon as I answer she just apologized. I told her to take my number off the call list. I have recieved 4 calls after my complaint and request to remove my number. Any suggestions?

These people have also been calling me. Just so you know, you can call them back. There are 3 people answering the phone there. The name on the reverse search is Nelyn Z Deleon, I asked for him, they said he would be right back.

While im typing guess whos calling?....You got it! I answered the phone and ask that they stop calling AND advised that I was placing my findings online!

These people are calling me numerous times a day and won't remove me from their calling list.

If you call back, they answer the phone. It is the federal government asking you if you want a grant.

No it is not the government, and if you believe it is then you're an idiot.

My husband went on a website for some kind of grant. Someone from  this number started calling. they called 9 times the first day and when he stopped answer they left a message that said 'he should start being responsible for what he did online'. The next  day they started calling at  8am they called 3  times and he told me to take his name off the calling list, i hope they stop calling.

So how do you get these people to stop calling? They have called my cell phone atleast 8 times today. Every time I answer the phone they will hang up?!

constantly calling. When I answer the phone they either hang up or speak what sounds like spanish. It sounds like they are trying to scam people. But if they are there not getting through to me as I don't speak an ounce of spanish. Can't people report this to the attorney genereal to request an investigation into this phone #. I defiantly don't think the federal gov. would take the time to contact people about grants and I don't think they are telemarketer's. I think they are trying to get your personal info by telling you they are selling something. Just beware! Im not sure what they want but don't take the chance. Report this person. They are harrassing!

i googled stimulus package + grants and thought i was on the government site--the first site said .gov but the grant site it took me to www.governmentgrantassistance.org/ogv.  i checked the site again today and it now takes me to grants.gov and it is unavailable for system maintenance. did they get hacked into? anyone else have more information of how to get these people to stop calling??
