This is a guy claiming to be calling on behalf of an attorney.  He will tell you that a major lawsuit has been filed against you and in my case even told me the last 4 of my social security number.  He will then tell you to take down a number to call and speak to Alex Watson.  It is the same number he is calling from and when you call it back, it goes straight to a voicemail box that is full.  The only registered attorney in California with this name is out of Glendale and has a different number.  BEWARE!!!!

And can't leave a msg. So I called my own attorney and he said its a scam! Beware
Don't give them any information on you!

These [***] keep calling me..told my sister I was being sued and they were coming to my job to arrest me tmrw, I then tried calling them myself to see what this was about, a woman answered and kept saying fun zone, I said where are u located..she said it again fun zone. I waited a little while and a man answered and asked for my phone number I gave it to him..he then said ohhh yeah,,you're a porn star (jaw dropped) I just hung up..at that time I knew it was a scam!

Got this message on my work phone and cell phone when I tried to call back it was a full mail box.  I am sorry but any legitimate attorney would not be using a call center from India with someone who can't even speak English.  Don't waste your time worrying about this scam!!

Just called them back and this guy called me a m...f..er and said he was coming for me.  I told him to stop calling my number and hung up and called the police and reported them.

This guy (who couldn't speak English) said my whole ss# and said that the police were coming to my company to arrest me.  I owed money, when I called back he answered and said you shut your stupid mouth you know what this is and hung up, I haven't been able to reach him since.  Has anyone been able to reach him?

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone and work phone. Didn't answer since I do not know anyone in CA. The voice mail that someone named Mike left I could barely understand. I think I am suppose to call someone and if I do not he wishes me the best of luck. HMmm I guess they have my address to so I guess form the previous comments they know where to find me.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone and work phone.  I called back to see what it was and he told me the same thing as others in that there was a lawsuit against me.. He knew my social security number and my place of work.  He said the California State Police was giong to come arrest me tomorrow.  I said "Is this a Joke?" and he started yelling at me saying he can't believe I am playying dumb and I know what I did wrong, etc, etc.. I hung up on him and he keeps calling me back at work. How do I get this to stop and who do I report this to? I'm really concerned since they have my social security number..

I just got the same call saying that he wishes me luck for what was about to unfold on me??? Ummm, WTH.  He said that my attorney should contact him asap.  I tried calling back but it goes directly to voicemail of "Alex Watson"?? Odd!  How and why do they have my work number?? They called my cell number and then my work number immediately.  I'm not going to stress over it....

This pinhead just called me.  When I asked him which department he was with he told me.  I then asked him which department that was a part of and he couldn't answer.  He got flustered.  I called the number back and the message said it was an attorney, Alex Watson.  The mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message.  BTW there isn't a California State Police any longer they were combined into the Highway Patrol.

This person called my job to tell me I had a overdue loan to take care of and that I needed an attorney to represent me in court. The person would'nt give his name I really did'nt understand him .I asked him to slow down he said that I need to speak with Attorney Michael Carter at this #213-261-6456.  I called this number asking for this person was told he was not available the young lady said I could help you, I start asking her questions what's this about mind you she turned on me yelling saying I was harassing her and that I would be arrested on 040312 at my job. Today I received numrous calls from this number not just  at home but on my job to contact an Alex Watson so I called this# was the same person that I spoke to  the day before. I asked what was going one he said I wil be arrested on my job @ 1100am this person spoke to my co-worker willing to give her my ssn# she declined was told to tell me the same thing that I would be arrested today, Reading all the above messages I realized that these people who ever they are need to be arrested themselves and spend time in jail. I called my local Police Dept and filed a claim.I told my Supervisor about this matter so maybe they would post this #213.261.6456 on the board to beaware of this SCAM!
I DON'T APPRECIATE IT, I'M PISSED OFF BECAUSE THEY HAD ME THINKING THAT I HAD A OUTSTANDING LOAN AND WAS GOING TO BE ARRESTED.............. I WAS A NERVOUS , UPSET I COULD'NT FUNCTION TODAY............THE LAW,CONGRESS NEED TO STEP IN!

Just got this message....scared the crap out of me.  Called back and rang into voicemail.  what a scam!!!!!!

This guy is a real tool its a scam don't pay him any mind he is a wanna be Jerky Boy and even they were lame.So don't sweat it it is a scam.

I have received several calls from these jerks, the last two on my cell phone. I changed my home number and made it nonpublished because I couldn't get them to stop calling me. I hung up on the guy today after telling him to stop calling me. He called me right back and wanted to know why I hung up on hime. I told him I hung up because he is a scammer and he asked how I know that. I hung up again instead of continuing to engage with him.

How can he do this???? I wasted a lot of time trying to find out who this guy was. I kept his messages and was going to call the police and charge him (who ever he is) On the recording he said his name was Chris Jones. His call was very disturbing to me. At the end of his calls he would always say "if I do not hear from you or your attorney all I will say is "good Luck". This went on for one week every day at 8:22 AM (so 5:22 AM on the west coast) I thought Man this guy really wants me and is out to get me. I still might charge him with harassment. I will keep you all posted.

This fool just called my daughter and he was wayyyyyy to much information.  had her name, my other daughter's name, where they work and the name of their bank.  No "official" numbers like bank accounts or anything.  but he told her they would be at her work tomorrow to arrest her for "pay day" loans that she took out and didn't pay.   WTF.
