These rip off artists first called me from 916 350 4501 "Fulsom, Ca", when I gave them a hard time, they called me back at the 213  number - same IRS fake rip off.
The police told me to contact the IRS at www.TIGTA.gov.  I reported both numbers.  When I told the guy I had already reported the number to the IRS he was very upset.  Good.

I received a call and a email from these people saying there is a warrant for my arrest for non payment! I told them I would be contacting my lawyer and he would call them  they quickly said that's ok that's ok really fast and hung up,  I reporeted them to the bbb  the email had the name of Chris Moore and then mark brown at the bottom so everyone please be careful

I get emails stating tueres a warrant out for my arrest for non payment with cash advance a so called mark brown...these are fraudelent companies trying to get money out of innocent people.....DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PAYMENT OR PERSONAL INFO...these emails or calls wont stop but jus ignore them
