No message, just hung up

Its a debt collector/collection agency. They call off of several unfamiliar numbers. They left an automated message but it was cut off.

Don't answer.

No name and no message.

First there is nothing, next call heavy breathing, next call garbeled message, next call hang up

I do not want this number to call me again, I am listed on the "Do Not Call" list. It is a crime to phone harass or to continue calling me. Cease your activity with any numbers you may use.

They keep calling even though I've told them they have the wrong number.
They continue to ask for a Steven M. Wheeler. No idea who that is.
I called 213-289-5932 and got a person. She said she would take my number off their list.
We'll see.

Two call the same day. First was a blank voicemail message. Second one I sent to voicemail and no message.

Same thing.  When I called back from the phone they were calling they wouldn't answer or they'd hang up right away.  Yet when I called from a different number, they would answer.

Asked to speak with a manager and was told "I am a supervisor" and she wouldn't let me speak to anyone else.

Tried to find out why they keep calling and the only answer I got was  "give me your phone number" and I refused. This is obviously some sort of scam to try and scare people into paying off debts that are not theirs - DONT ANSWER!!!

Called my number twice today, no messages. Don't know who it is nor why, but they continue calling.

This number keeps calling and hangs up without leaving a voicemail. They have been doing this for the past 3 months. I would like them to stop.
