They would not remove # from their automated call list. Telemarketer - number is not a working #.  Hung up when I asked them for the name of their company.

Called and when I answered a loud recording came on saying they were my merchant service provider - WRONG - Hung Up

I had a missed call and then called the number back. I heard a recording that said it was not a working number.

We have been getting repeated calls from this number regarding credit card services. It's an automated system and provides no opportunity to be removed from the listing.

Our company numbers have been posted on the National Do Not Call Registry.

We would like this to stop since it has become a nuisance with several calls coming in throughout the day.

Kept getting calls from this number also.  I believe they answer the phone as First Data, they immediately hung up when asked to be taken off their call list.  These guys have to be stopped!  Keep getting getting calls, I want to kill them.  Any help to file litigation?

They call daily. I have asked them to stop calling.  Today when I told him I have repeatedly asked to have our number removed he replied "You don't know what the  F*@# you are talking about" and hung up on me! Makes me want to do business with them!

First data is the company name corporate phone number is 303-967-8000. Calling right now to try and get them To stop calling me. Also reporting to BBB. Hope this helps.

I called 303-967-8000 and spoke with a very nice woman and explained the calls I have been getting and she informed me that "It was a "spoof" call and their legal team is working on getting them to stop." She verified the (213) number and I believed that she was genuinely telling the truth. Hope this sheds some light for everyone. If you continue to get these calls keep calling 303-967-8000 and I contacted the FCC as well and filed a formal complaint.

They just called but was silent when I said hello. Weird...

I'm sorry to hear that you've been receiving annoying phone calls that claim to come from First Data. However, we have no record of that number as being one of ours, so I do not believe those calls are coming from First Data. And we don't like it any more than you do that somebody is using our name to annoy you (or worse).  

We're investigating to see what we can do to identify who owns the number. However, Caller ID spoofing is relatively easy. Even if we can identify the owner of the number, that doesn’t necessarily mean the calls originated from the legitimate owner of the number.

Finally, while I can confirm that the woman at 303-967-8000 is very nice, calling her isn't going to help identify the real source of the calls.

Business numbers are exempt.  They can call you all they want.

Congress fell down on this, they should allow businesses to be on the list.

Today they called TEN times in under TWO MINUTES!  I have them blocked so they receive a busy signal.  They just keep calling over and over and over and over.
