Unknown caller

Called my number but did not leave a message.

that is a telemarketing phone number, i received a"lot" of phone calls from them but no messages also so i called back and dialed with *67 so they can't trace my number back and i asked them what company is this... they said they are telemarketers and just hang up...

the company name is Pioneer Communication, they offer phone cards and later on they will offer you items like electronics to be purchased and ask you if you want to send them to the philippines. This people are annoying and even if you tell them to stop calling you they will still try over and over again.  I HATE THEM!!!!!!!!

Very Persistent. They need to be shut down.

Called and asked if there are any Philippino's here.  I answered no, she said thank you and hung up.

35 calls from them in 20 days... 4 calls in one day alone.  Don't call on Saturday's, missed one Sunday, called the other though. I'll answer next time and ask not to be called.

I keep getting calls from this number. When I answer no one picks up, I even stayed on the line for a minute in case it was an autodialer, but no one is ever there. Just this evening I have had 3 calls within the last 10 minutes. When I call back I get a recording saying all operators are busy and that my call my be monitored. I am then transfered and it just continues to ring but no one answers.

they have a customer service department numbers: 1-877-518-5086, 1-866-357-0338,1-888-848-6543, 1-888-382-4933. I tried to call each one of these numbers to tell them that it is $11,000 fine per violation for them per call. Then I tell them that each and everytime they call I will file a complaint at the do not call list website. I hope it works. It gets annoying to receve 10 calls a day, everyday!

calls me after 9 pm, daily. does not talk or leaves messages. it really annoys me..

always calls in the daytime and night time , they call almost every ten minutes without any response.

I have received 4 calls from them today within a 7 minute period of time. I have not heard from them in several weeks. They used to call 2 or 3 times every evening but it stopped for awhile. I called them back but got a person with a very heave accent and asked again that they stop calling. I also filed a complaint with the do not call list. I highly encourage everyone to report them to the do not call registry if you number is listed there. Hopefully if they receive enough complaints something will happen.

They have been calling me constantly, never leave a message or answer when I pick up. Is there anything that can be done about this? They have called my house twenty times today. They are calling right now.

Pioneer Communications with phone# 213-3167133 calls our home phone no less than 10 times a day.  When you pick up the phone there is no one there, pretty much like a prank/stalker call, VERY ANNOYING! Can't the US telecommunications bureau do something about this?

I recieved the same call from the same no. Its a PIONEER TELECOM, its a telemarketer so if you call that no. and they never answer call this no. 1-866-357-0338 thats there customer service no. and tell them stop calling you. they gonna get the no. then they the no. that keep calling you  then they're gonna stop calling you guys. I hope this help you guy!!!

ok, these people wake me up and call my house phone every 9:00am to 10:00am, everytime i answer the phone, they never say anything. it was only a very few times when someone actually replied back after i answered the phone. they started to even call my cell phone at any times of the day. veryy annoying! and yes, they are filipino people. im filipino and they have a heavy filipino accent which is very recognizable!! i just got off the phone with the 1866-357-0338 to ask them to take us off their calling list. i spoke to someone about 2months ago to take us off the list and he said they did, but the next day they called again!! i have to get rough with them and tell them this is harassment! and if they dont stop, i will have a talk with my lawyer and find someone to track down there company! unfortunately, the calls havent stopped. i should be getting another call from them tomorrow =(

I receive missed calls from this number.  When I do answer, they hang up on me.
