this call came in on home phone. attempts to call back say disconnected or non-working number.

This number keeps calling my cell phone, but whenever I answer, nobody says anything. When I try to call back, it says the number is not a working number. I need to figure out how to block this number on my phone. I have already received 3 calls today. It's getting very annoying.

i got over 10  calls from this number i'm having the issues as the above. you can't call the number back. no one says anything. its driving my crazy. the calls come in on my cell.

I've received AT LEAST 10 calls per day for the past week!

'CALIFORNIA' caller id hang up calls from this number 1-213-330-0187 that is serviced by MCI Worldcom Communications Inc. from downtown Los Angeles,CA 90071. Also have received several daily hang up calls from another 'CALIFORNIA' caller id with number 1-626-209-2241 a few weeks ago. Found a few complaint post's saying this is the SCHEME 'CARD SERVICES' Credit Card lower your interest rate / consolidate credit card debt calls going around. They claim you qualify or it's your annual credit card review ending soon and we tried to contact you several times, but only if you have several credit cards in debt and 1 in good standing then they need all your credit card information to see if they can lower your rates-consolidate credit card debt. SHADY SCAM according to their recording that starts out with you qualify or it's your annual credit card review, you can NEVER talk to any manager-supervisor or be able to be put on their do not call list, plus the claim they are not under the FTC DNC Law. Or are able to get any proper company name, address, telephone number to call back.

This dude called me from this number asking me did I want grants for school and I told him no I am not going to school right now. Then, he asked me do I like to f*** myself. I said excuse me. Then, he asked do I like to feel on my breast and I said oh hell naw and hung up. This guuy need to be reported and I definitely blocked his number.

Just got a call from a California number 213-330-0187 in the middle of my daughter's talent show.  I didn't pick up because I didn't know who it was.  I called back and it's telling me that the number is no longer in service.  I knew it was a bullsh*t scheme because a few months ago a different number called from a different area code and I still didn't pick up. So I looked up online and it's telling me that it is from MCI Worldcom Communications.  I am already on the DNC list through the FTC and yet this is still going on.  It is getting ridiculous!!

Multiple calls daily, dead air and then an automated response says good buy.  This is disrupting my business!

Went to voicemail.  I got a partial recording about pressing 1 to hear (or whatever) about the financial stimulus.  Quacks.

How do these people make a living if they dont leave a message or talk to you...???

I get 2 to 3 calls in a period of 15 minutes getting tired of it and want them to stop.

We got a call from this number where I work. The man asked to speak to my manager (he asked for her by name). I asked if she was expecting his call, and he said, "Yeah, I hope so." I asked him to identify himself, and he said, "Carl." When my manager picked up the call, the man paused, said her name once, then hung up.

When he said her name, she said, "Yes?" We wonder if he was trying to get a recording of her saying that word. Will he try to use it in a fraudulent recording later? Why call and hang up? Be careful who you say "yes" to.

Attached a tone generator to the phone receiver and when these calls come in, one punch of the button sends a 150 decibel noise burst into the ear of the caller, which effectively ends their ability to call again because they will no longer have a functioning eardrum for the rest of their lives. Justice.

I have answered this call many times.  Number is 213-330-0187, always a long pause before any one answers me yelling: HELLO..HELLO..I know I should hang up but I always like to blast them with my angry voice.  They seem to be asking for a person that doesn't live here:  Mr Birdsong..can't understand half of what they are saying.  I am also on the DO NOT CALL LIST, all of my numbers.  I will block this number!
