Just received call from 213-363-5124 but no message left.  So, called back, and there was a message...If you do not want to receive calls, press 1, so I did, and the automessage said thank you and I hung up.

rcd. call from 213-363-5124 left no message but call frequently, I think I will heed the advice form previous note that said trying to put yourself on the do not call list just moves you to another tele-marketer. Some teekie needs to come up with something that can can be put in a cell and home phone to reject all unwanted calls at the phone owners discretion.

I just got a call from this number and He said "I understand you are looking for a loan modification - - I'd like to work with you. Please call me back. I'm Patrick Carr at 800-228-0826"   Beware this is a scam!!!

they have it, it is called block call. i have a great collection right now, (i started last month) i use my block option and all i have to do is clear them from my cid list of missed calls. i'm amazed i get so many because i have been on the no call list since the beginning. unfortunately, many have found ways around it. like TFZ 213-363-5724

I received a call from 800 228 0826.  The caller identified himself as Patrick and said that he was calling back about a request for a change to our home mortgage loan which of course we did not make.  I called the 800 number back and he asked for my phone number and then he said "Is this Manuel ????something?" and I said "NO!" and he said "We'll take care of it." and hung up.

I received a call from caller id 213-363-5124 this morning.  "Patrick" left a message saying he just received my application for loan modification and to call as soon as I get this message. The number left to call is 800-228-0826....which is not the caller id phone #....I dialed *67 and got a recording saying calls are monitored...blah..blah...then a man...the same voice on the recording...gets on the phone.  I asked him what his company name is and what bank he is affiliated with.  He said we're "home modification, inc." and we work with lots of banks."
This is clearly a scam...BEWARE!!!  Scary thought...how do these smucks get unlisted phone numbers?....we didn't contact anyone about a home loan modification!!!

ITS A TELEMARKETER LYING TO GET AROUND THE DONOTCALL LAWS - which state if you have a prior business relationship with a company they are exempt from the do not call laws.  

By stating you requested a loan modification - it is implying a previous business relationship with you that does not exist, making is okay to call.   Which of course it is not ..    

you have to report them using the Complaint form on the donotcall website.
You also have to clearly state you never requested a loan modification, I do not have a mortgage etc so they know what is REALLY GOING ON

TFZ LLC or the phone number in caller ID window.

This SCAM Magazine seller is somehow connected to this number.
