received a call from this # at 5:45 on 5/2. it is an unrecognized # so i didn't pick up. based on Daryl's experience (above), i put it on my blocked list.

Called at 1 PM PST and then hung up.

They called me just now and I let it roll over to voice mail to which they opted not to speak which is fine with me ONLY if they never call back which we all know they will.

I do not answer unfamiliar numbers (especially when the caller ID says "Unknown Name"), and do not let the answering machine answer, either.  This one rang five times and then stopped.

Received unidentified call at supper time from an unknown area code so didn't answer. Such calls are an invasion of privacy.

Number called around 1 PM today, no message. Caller ID came up as V506151639000172. Noticed these "V" number associated with several robo scams, anyone know if they equate to anything?

Just received call from this number at about 7:30 p.m. Did not answer. Unidentified calls at dinnertime are usually telemarketers.

Rang "....no message

Said 'out of area'

Called at 8:54pm on 5.6.2014 - let it go to answering machine - no message.

Called around 6PM tonight, left no message.  Listed as Out of Area.  Dirtballs.

No message from these pests

Answered call.... got silence for a bit then someone came on the line to tell me that a home security company would be in my area.  I hung up!

called her, machine answered, they did not leave a message.

Someone with this number, 213-416-7565, called at 9:07 AM on a Saturday.  We were sleeping in after a late night Friday event.  We answered it so it would stop ringing and then immediately hung up.  It was identified as "Unknown Caller." Never having blocked a call before, I googled "AT&T how to set call block" and att.com had a step-by-step set of instructions.  I followed all of the pointers only to learn that the number could not be blocked.  I tried the instructions for "Block future calls from the last number that called you" as well as the method where you enter any number you want blocked.  Neither way would work, probably because it is a long distance area code for our city.  Wish I could find out a way to keep certain numbers from bothering us!!!

Don't bother, dear Unknown Name, Unknown Targetee will not answer.

Phone rang at 7:05 p.m. on 05/12/14. Caller ID said Unknown Name. I answered and heard, "This is Steven, how are you today?" I replied "Just fine, how are you?" Caller hung up. Nice.

6:02 in Ct.  I let it go to the answering machine and they left no message...
I am elderly and have a hard time getting to the phone as it is... it really gets me upset.

Google call blocking machines. I paid $99 for mine and its the best thing I ever bought! Its for landline phones. LOVE IT

called this date 5/15/14.. no msg left  had the V5xxxxx  and 213-416 7565  .... must be out of the country scammers
