Keeps calling, first every 5 minutes, hanging up when they get my vm, then call right back over and over......harrassing......then every 30 minutes, i picked up the line, left it off, they stopped calling after.

Since I did not know who was calling me from "downtown LA" I let it go to VM but whomever it was did not leave a message.  I called back and, without ringing, a prompt said "t/y for calling.  all agents are temp. busy.  please hold and I will connect you with the next available agent."  

I have no idea who this may be.  And a google phone search did not come up with any results.

I received a call from 1-213-430-4262.  The caller let the phone ring two or three times and hung up only to call back five minutes later.  This continued for a few hours, so I called the number back.  Without ringing an automated voice came on saying, "Thank you for calling, all agents are currently busy please hold and I will connect you to the next available agent."

I hung up because I had no idea what company or what type of agent this could be.

call every 10-15 minutes.  I asked several times to be removed from the list.  The callers are very rude, and English did not appear to be the first language.  I also spoke to a man supposedly named ANTHONY HERNANDEZ, who said he was the "day shift supervisor".  ANTHONY HERNANDEZ was very uneducated and rude.  He also admitted to me that the company is using a computer program to make the phone calls, that an actual person was not doing the dialing. I suggest that you call the number back and ask for ANTHONY HERNANDEZ and voice your complaints over and over.

Well they call me non stop so i called em back and its some kinda grant company to send u a package to learn about how to revice grants

These people call me about 15-20 times a day I have no idea who it may be.

Yep, been rec'v'n calls the same way also every 15 to 20 minutes through out the whole freak'n day., these pichers are irkers!  It's a Federal Grant offering.  It's not worthied, they only want your money, which we would pay up front first and then, they process., what's up with that., We won't see a penny! I need my last penny to get a nasty bubble gum.  Donnnnnnnnnnnn't do it!

I'm getting 'em too, they started calling at 8:15 a.m! Three times since then they've rung me, but I've been either asleep or in a meeting, so I haven't picked up. Kind of inconsiderate, and an unreasonable time to call given it' 5:00 a.m. their time.

Yeah I've receive two to three calls a day, but don't answer. I can barely pay for my cell phone so when I see the the number I send it directly to reject call. If they don't want to leave a message then "F" em!!!!

I have been receiving calls from this number since I reserved a seat for the National Grants Conference. I went to it but did not by in to there scam. The BBB has them at a "D" ranking. Sounds like they have to harass people to get there business.

Same thing. This number calls me all day and never leaves a message. My boyfriend answered one time and they wouldnt say anything to him just wanted to talk to me. Thanks for all the help guys!

I received about 15 calls from this number yesterday, And if I don't know the number it doesn't get answered. They didn't leave any voice mails and when I called back it said "all agents are busy please hold and your call will be answered by the next available agent" this is so annoying!! Why do they get away with stuff like this?

So glad that others are share the same experience!! My friend & I recieve calls from them & we're inIndiana...reeeeally effing annoying!

my husband got a call from this number on his cell phone last night at almost 9pm.  very unusual.  i saw that he called the number back this morning and thought something might be a bit fishy since we don't know anyone in LA with this number.

so i found this site and realize that i need to chill.  i almost "went off" thanks to an [***] telemarketer! i'm going to go slam my hand in the door now.  :)

unwanted calls for my wife and hung up on when i tell them she is unavailable.I asked them to not call again but they do not seem to get the picture.If this keeps up i will suggest a LAW SUIT.(harrasment)
