ATTENTION   I am from Costa Rica This phone number calls my cell phone 8 times today .  There is nobody on the phone.  I have tried not answering, answering and waiting for someone to wen i callback my local provider say tis phone no exist...

I got a call from this number also - it was some lady speaking a foreign langauge.  After a little digging, I found out it's from a a bilingual exchange company in LA - 650 South Grand Ave.  #800

Immediately preceding this call I received one from 792-113-20.  I've been getting one from that number every Sunday night for at least the past month!  Phone was supposed to block international calls

First I recieved a call from +864548774166  with only silence when I answered, immediately after I got one from +2134381300

My husband and I went out to dinner tonight. We were only gone for about an hour. When we got home, this number [213-438-1300] was on the caller ID 3 times: 6:39, 6:40, 6:42. And there was an "UNKNOWN CALLER" at 6:41.  There was also "53069020 UNKNOWN NAME" at 6:39, right before the first of the others. What's up?

This phone number keep calling my phone.  There is someone there does not speak English or no one there at all.  It is driving me crazy!  I also got several international calls from 50257413529 in the same evening with no one on the other line.

This number called my cell phone - I have no idea how they have my cell phone number!  When answered, no one spoke. I called the number back and received an answering service with no options to speak to anyone. The service did not identify.

What is going on here?

Received a call from this number on May 5th @ 9:44pm.  Didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number.  Been receiving lots of strange calls - especially in the evening - what's going on?

I got a call from 213-438-1300 at 1:28 AM then 1 minute later i got a call from 502-537-54502. I got one of my korean friend to listen to the voice message they left me and he said it was in a made up language.

got a call from 213 438 1300...this is an exchange service for persons calling from Central America...callers may be using a calling card or going directly from their countries international erxchange into the 213 438 1300 block.

3:53 may 26 call fomr 536-296-07 again at 3:54, then a call from 213-438-1300, which i googled to be a company in LA, then the aforementioned number at 3:55....this is rediculous!

213 is the area code from L.A., but that only means, that the call from a central american caller is directed over L.A. into the US.
502 in another number is the country code from Guatemala.
How do I know that? I am getting the same calls in Florida from my wife who lives in Guatemala. So if nobody answers, that simply means that the connection was lost, is not good, or the calling card from the person in the other country is of bad quality.
So if you do not know anybody from Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, or El Salvador, then it is most likely a wrong number based upon the wrong input of numbers, which happens to anybody all over the world. And the language is usually spanish and has nothing to do with Korean or anything like that.

I have continuously been getting calls from 502-535-38537 every sunday night. i hear noise in the background and it sounds like young children. they call over and over!! now i am getting calls from 213-438-1300. WTF!!
why are they calling????????????

This number callled 2134381300 and i did not pick and then strange calls came in it said that call was from L.A. Very Weird..

I got a call from 213-438-1300 12:51pm today. I couldn't answer in time so it went to my cell phone voicemail (left no message).
Then, at 12:53pm (2 minutes later) I received a call from "unknown". I answered the call. There was alot of background noise, like they were in a theater. The lady spoke a few words that were foreign or gibberish.
Then, at 1:33 pm (40 minutes late) I got a call from 50259928609 (that's 11 digits). There were people saying 'hello' sounding confused, They didn't seem to speak English and they didn't seem to hear me. I beleive the calls were related. I think some of this 'foreign exchange' equipment is malfunctioning.

how do I know?
because Im from Guatemala and I receive calls from my family with this area code.
If you think that there aren't talking Spanish they maybe talking a Indian language.

same thing happend to me this evening. I know this explanation is correct, because my boyfriend lives in Guatemala and i Live in Arizona. The calls do get transfered and they can get lost. its nothing to worry about, just small "mess up's" In the communication.

cris7 is correct.  some calls from guatemala are entering the usa through this telephone exchange.  why, who knows?

I'm from Italy and me too received a call from this number. I haven't the time for reaply and I hope that never call me again.
